Kylie needs to definitely improve her customer service skills. Push the red button and she said we needed to wait for her to take another order. Waited 5 minutes and wasn’t another person in the parking lot at all. Pushed it again and she answered a you could tell she forgot about us. We order a kids meal with a jr. burger and she adds just the burger and asked what else we wanted. We had to tell her 3 times we wanted the kids meal, not just a junior burger. Read moreThis used to be a great Sonic. Every time for the past 6 months it has been awful! I ordered three burgers and all three were so crunchy because they were so burned! I ordered an unsweet tea and received a sweet tea! Every time I've gone for the past 6 months my order was NEVER right or the food was AWFUL! I even called the Corporate office and discovered there isn't anything they can do since it is privately owned. I will ALWAYS go to Marionville Sonic for now on!!!!! Read moreOkay, now I tried to empathize I did, but when I baked in the sun with my family for half an hour for the food to come out bad just sucks, they said they were training someone and got behind, which is valid but when the fries are stale, my burrito was cold and so were the chicken tenders. The order sat so long the ice In my ice coffee was melted and watered down, not to mention he forgot our condiments AND our straws (we had two slushies), we waited like 10 minutes to get them before just leaving.
