Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Aurora

I went into Hungry Howies on 10/28 and ordered a pizza “well done” which that day translated to burnt. This has not been the case previously. Anyone who orders here knows the bottom can be a bit flimsy bit apparently there is no between. First the man said that’s how their pizzas come when you ask for well done. Then he said it depends on what crust flavor you get as some can burn the pizza. Then he sa I let the pizza get cold so I guess I needed to eat it on the way home because oddly Hungry Howies pizza burns when it gets cold??? I call corporate and they never returned my call so I called corporate back and they advised it is up to the franchise owner to respond and gave me an address to send in the complaint to. I will be doing this and I WILL NOT be getting pizza from Hungry Howies anymore. I do enjoy the pizza but the way they handled this situation is terrible customer service as I wasn’t asking for a free pizza. Just didn’t want it burnt. I normally live in colorado springs (the only location there closed some time ago much to my displeasure). Im in denver for the day. So I was close to this location. I tried calling in my order at 1115. Rang and rang and rang and rang, finally after 10 mins I decided to drive to the location 15 mins away, i wanted to see how much longer I would be on hold so I stayed on the line. I walked into the location the phone still ringing in the store, im sure it was me on the line waiting, I ordered my food, RECEIVED MY FOOD and still on hold. The man(theres only one on a saturday??) running that restaurant ignored a ringing phone for more than 30 mins. I got my food at 1145 with my phone still ringing waiting for them to pick up. If I didnt have the craving i did I absolutely wouldve gone to another restaurant. The only reason I didnt order on the app is because the app doesnt have a place for request like "veggies on the side" I shouldnt have to be ignored for 30+ minutes for a simple request of an item on the side...

We ordered pizza online for pick and told it would be 30 minutes. I showed up at 25 minutes and was told it would be another 20 minutes. I left and went to the store and came back 25 minutes later to be told they have not even started the order. I asked if they could deliver it as my wife had to leave and I had to watch my kids. They said no issue as we live down the street. I was home for a half hour and called in and was told my order had still not been started but they could start it right away. I asked for a refund and to cancel my order as it was way past my kids dinner time at this point and almost time for their bed and could not wait. The most frustrating part was there were other customers who placed their order in the store when I got there that got their food and I did not get to eat with my family before my wife had to leave.
