If I could give this McDonald's NO STARS I would. I went to McDonald's on January 3, 2024, and placed my order through the McDonald's app. I went to location located at 2595 Ogden Ave Aurora IL 60504. Which I go to all the time because it is the closest one to my home. Upon arriving I was given my food that I ordered and in the bag was only 3 sauces (ranch, buffalo, and sweet and sour) since I ordered a 20-pc nugget, and my kids all eat different sauces I did request an additional sauce for each. When the associate in the drive thru window went to get the sauces that I requested another employee told her no she could not give me more she already put 3 sauces in the bag. She then processed to the window to tell me no I could not have any more sauce. She did not tell me what it would cost for additional sauce she just told me no! I felt like I was being discriminated against! I refused to leave the drive thru until the sauce was given to me and she then threatened to call the police on me if I did not leave. NEVER once did I yell, scream, or disrespect this woman because I had my 7-year-old daughter in the back seat. My daughter was terrified because she was confused WHY the police would be called on me for asking for additional sauce. To be told that she was calling the police on me is ridiculous NEVER in my life have I experience such bad customer service at McDonald's over additional chicken nugget sauce. I was told she would call the police on me for NO REASON AT ALL. This is not how you treat your customers when they ask for extra chicken nugget sauce! I am very upset with how this matter was handled and I want something done immediately. Read moreI've been to this McDonald's twice in the past week, as I work in Pest Control and find myself eating on the road. The first visit was an online order for a BBQ Bacon Burger with no cheese (as a meal). Inevitably this was screwed up. This wasn't a miscommunication or an error in the mics. This was the production line not reading the order. I brought the food back and received a voucher for a free combo meal: fair enough. Today I stopped by to cash in the voucher, may as well, and ordered the same thing. This time, however, I had to struggle with the drive through attendant who kept moving way faster than he was supposed to, to which I would have to go back and correct him. That all being said, my order wound up wrong again, with the voucher in place. Will not be back to this location and I'll be finding the franchise owners to call directly as well. It’s $.25 but other times we’ve been here. It was free and they gave it to us for free. And before that, another person went up there and got one for free, but she was denying us so then when she went outside to give somebody their food, we asked another worker to give it to us and they gave it to us.
