Had a problem with a shift manager, Ms. Mgr. DEE, at the drive-thru window over a $40 order because we requested more than 4 packets of ketchup for a family of *5 in the car! We had asked politely, but were shocked when Ms. Mgr. DEE refused because she didn't have any more at the drive-thru and was just too lazy to go get some more!!! Not to mention, we asked for an additional sauce, and wanted to charge us for it, which this McDonald's has NEVER done before and upon questioning her further, the price for that one little sauce kept going up and up! How can one extra sauce packet for chicken nuggets go from .25 cents to $1.00. Not even close to realistic! We also didn't receive straws or napkins! So we refused to move forward until we could get some more ketchup and an extra sauce, at a reasonable price! Ms. Mgr. DEE then threatened to call police, and we offered to call for her! My oldest daughter walked inside and Ms. Mgr. DEE refused to give her any ketchup packets inside either and ordered other staff not to give her any. This was rude, rediculous, obnoxious and uncalled for! We had 3 children in the car listening to this! We had 5 people in the car and only *4 packets of ketchup - What in the world! How controlling can you be? How does anyone deserve a manager's title, even at McDonald's, while treating customers like this? ...And continue to keep that position with customer complaints like this one coming in? We now REFUSE to go to This McDonald's (they usually got our order wrong anyways, but this was absolutely the last straw!) We highly recommend the McDonald's @ Buckley & Illiff... and we drive out of our way to go to this location! Their staff is much more professional and we have Never encountered any problems with staff as outrageous as this! ! If they make a mistake, which happens, they graciously rectify it...
Read moreOn 12/06/23 I placed an order and instead of medium fries they gave me small fries. Granted its just fries but I expect they get your order right, and I wasn't asking for free food. I called the store and explained my situation to the employee the employee SHE said come in anytime or day and we can replace the two medium fries you didn't get. Well went today 01/09/24 and they didn't have a report or any record of my call. I spoke to a manager and she told me go park in lot 3. after waiting a lady came up and said that no report was made. I explained to her that was not my fault that their employee didn't follow the proper protocol, all she said was ok , ok , ok. I told her what can we do to resolve this matter, granted it just fries but its the principle, people pay for their food and they should get what they ordered. The employee didn't want to explain to me anymore or help me she started to walk away and I asked for her managers name she said she couldn't give it to me. I kept asking she just ignored me. I called and one of the managers answered but I don't think she spoke English because I heard her say what is she saying so another manager was put on the phone and I asked for her name she refused to give her name. I explained my situation yet again and she told me that I was supposed to go back that same day. I explained to her I couldn't because of work. Read moreI did a curbside order, as usual a friendly young lady brought it out to me. I noticed that the app showed I ordered hot mustard dipping sauce instead of honey mustard. When she came to the car I told her about the mistake and that I was going to go through the drive thru and change it instead of asking her to run in & get the correct one. After she left I checked the bag to see exactly what was in there. Unfortunately it was the hot mustard, I also noticed I was missing a 6 piece chicken nugget. Here's my frustration, I went to the drive thru and told him what happened and that I needed a different sauce and my product I was missing. He had me repeat it a couple of times then said wait a minute he would be back. I waited so much longer that I thought I should have just for him to tell me to go to the first window and explain it to them. So off I went (frustrated) to the first window, explained everything to him and guess what....he said go to the next window and talk to a manager. I almost left but I had already waited so long. I went to the last window and AGAIN explained how I was missing food I paid for and needed a different sauce. Finally I got what I should've received from the first person I had an interaction with.
