Okay first, I never had a problem with Nancy's for over 10+ years until recently today. I placed an order online for the heart shaped pizza for Mother's day since today it is celebrated in Mexico instead of tomorrow. My bank account said it was charged as you can see from the picture/screenshot I posted above. I called them to confirm the order because I never received an email notification. The lady that answered said they didn't receive it so they were forcing me to PAY AGAIN and told me I would get refunded in 3-4 business day. She passed the phone to the manager and the manager was being extremely rude as well and not helpful. I explained to him I just spent the last money I currently had because I had to pay for other obligations as well and that's all I had left. I don't like to tell people about my business but I thought it would be helpful trying to explain the situation and my circumstances. Instead at one point the manager goes "Well we are not charity!"... WOW totally unnecessary and rude comment towards a customer. Especially when I just told them I was charged from it..He did call me back and said they will end up making it for me and that I will have to pay them back after my money was refunded. I sent someone else to go pick it up because I am extremely furious the way they treated me especially the comment of " We are not a charity"... Read moreThe other day, 9/22/25, I ordered here & the young lady answering the phone is a complete airhead & the most rude person I've ever talked to in my life. This was my first & last time ordering her for theses reasons. First, the young lady started yelling at me for my accent because I'm an legal immigrant from egypt. Second, she starts screaming the there's no such religion that doesn't eat pork (I'm Muslim & we don't eat pork. Same with the jewish religus people). Third I get my pizza with pork all over the pizza. Last when I called about it the lady started laughing & telling me how all religus people are crazy & should leave the country then hangs up on me. I had to do a charge back on my credit card as a fraud charge after I ordered elsewhere. The owner is conveniently out of town too. I can see the owner has horrible untrained staff that's going to ruin her business. I'm definitely going to get ahold of corporate tomorrow, 9/25/25, to make a formal complaint if I don't hear from the owner tonight like promised from the young man I spoke to yesterday evening. Read moreI am highly disappointed in the unprofessional staff. I ordered a Pizza for delivery and they are in Aurora and I am in Aurora as well. The online system did not complain about my address and took my order but then 50 Minutes later I received a call stating I was outside of the stores delivery range. I asked them why it took 50 minutes for them to figure this out as my food should be delivered at this time? I was informed by Jacob that there was no manager supervising the employees on duty and so when the issue came up no one at the store knew what to do until he returned from his dinner break I guess? I asked him if that made any sense and he really couldn't provide an answer. I was informed that the Manager Lieka will reach out to me tomorrow to confirm my refund...
