Worst experience ever. We spent $1500 to pay off our phones with ATT. We decided to give Verizon a try so we went down to this specific location with a nice blond bigger lady we thought sounded knowledgeable. While getting our phones swapped and ports moved over to keep our same numbers the lady mentioned how we would get a 500$ gift card for changing carriers and there was a pormotion going on because we kept our phone numbers and traded in phones. Wonderful we thought! In the 3 months weve had our phones our bill has changed 3 times they tried to raise and add things on there that they said were set up with acivation even though we didnt request it to be added. Then weve spent well over 10 hours now calling in and waiting to speak with someone in regards to our promotional gift card which they first claimed didnt exsist. Then the 2nd rep said 7-10 buinsess days. The 3rd rep we spoke to a week after that said there was never even a ticket submitted. Then the 4th and final rep finally decided to get us to a manager who was able to look in the system and see that our promotion was never added to our lines. Out of the grace of god they gave us 200$ off our next phone bill but we're still out of the other 200$ we were promised by the blond bigger lady who works here. Do not reccomend this site to set up a new phone plan. I would reccomend you just take the time to go to an actual verizon store and make sure to not take their word for the promotions. Read moreWas just in 30 min ago. 8-3-23 Needed some help with a hotspot. Attendant/owner was helping others no big deal. Waited about 10 min at most not long. Attendant/owner told other people their problem was gonna take a while and he would jump right on it and they said hi to me and sat down. From the moment I stepped in until I walked out he never even acknowledged I was in the building. No I’ll be right with you or this will take a while can you come back. Literally never even looked at me. Found out it’s an independently owned store. Well. He will never get any of my business and I will never recommend him. Not exaggerating. Never even looked at me let alone acknowledged my presence. Even the other customers said hi to me. But not the person conducting business. I had no problem waiting but why should I when you’re not even acknowledged. All he had to do was say “Ill be with you asap.” I didn’t say a word and left. As far as the service they offer and how they handle customers, they are absolutely fabulous!!!! This team is so amazing, I spent SIX hours, yes SIX hours with Tara to get my phone and watch working , I’m a Type one diabetic and i NEED my phone to pair with my Dexcom and my watch as well, Tara took time to make sure everything was working correctly and helped me resolve any app issues I had and make sure my device transferred everything correctly. She went above and beyond. Dakota was right there with her, it meant so much to me. This is my life line. Literally.
