They should not skimp on meat. This is the only location I've been to that gives hardly any meat. I'm not asking for a huge helping, just enough to where it's not mostly veggies. There was a tiny amount of meat and she lays it all in the crease of the bread so you dont see that she skimped on the meat. So the little amount of meat I did have was all on one side of the sandwhich. She didnt even level off the scoops.
I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, my husband picks me up from work and its on the way home, so its convenient. That was my third and final time to that Subway location. I visit a Subway about once a week as it is healthy, convenient and priced well. This is the only Subway that seems to have a problem giving the correct amount of meat. If someone pays $16 every trip, they would expect to get a decent amount of meat, not a tiny amount thrown in just the crease of the bread. It takes a lot for me to complain and this is worth complaining about. I went up there three times and each time it happened.
I said something about it the second time. We got a steak and cheese sub and it was all vegetables with the meat in the crease of the bread again. It's like their trying to cover up the meat in the crease so you don't see that they are skimping, but after the first time, I payed attention the whole time. They didn't level off the scoops and they put it all in the crease and don't put the meat evenly on the bread. They do it quick so if you are paying attention, you second guess yourself until you bite into that sandwhich. I was really nice about it. I'm not one of those rude people that treat people measly and complain about everything. I said there's not enough and that the other Subways I have been too have never given me that little. The girl behind the counter immediately got offended and then blamed it on her manager saying that he is the one that says not to give people a lot of meat. The problem is I wasn't asking for a lot of meat, I was asking for the right amount of meat that goes on the sandwhich. I have been to plenty of Subways and I got way more than what they are trying to say is normal. She started to go in the back to talk to her manager and they were both Spanish and talking in Spanish. Problem is, I know Spanish and she was saying the fat girl wants more meat. I have health issue that cause me to be over weight. I work on getting my weight down constantly but I always gain it back. He came out and was so rude to me and refused to give me more meat. He finally caved once he figured out I was not leaving until I got more meat. I couldn't believe it. No apologies or nothing, just rudeness and saying mean things about me in spanish.
I am a hard working girl. I work full time and when I get off of work I just want a good meal like everyone else. I am a good person who goes out of my way to put a smile on someone's face every day. Read moreI've been coming to this Subway for years and it used to be a treat. I'd save up the $12 to go get a sandwich and a soda after school, walk here, and leave feeling full and happy.
But today made me very disappointed in this Subway. I was so excited to use my 20% off coupon on the app and ordered my regular subway order that I get all the time. But when I unwrapped the paper, I was faced with something that just looked like a dry crusty loaf of bread with barely anything inside.
What was supposed to be an Italian BMT with 2x cheese, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, mayo, and creamy sriracha was instead a thin log of sadness. In the pictures attached, you can already SEE how disappointing it was. But you do not know how disappointing it tasted.
Yes, in a moment of weakness and hunger, I did eat this sandwich. It felt like I was eating the thin Mickey Mouse bean sandwich. I ate the whole thing, but the ends were just bread. No fillings or nothing. Just dry stale italian herbs and cheese that had probably been sitting there since morning.
And so, it's my duty to go and inform the public about this injustice and hopefully inspire this Subway to change for the next time I will be here. Subway has been increasing its prices and decreasing in portion size and quality and it's simply just not right. If I'm paying extra for my sandwich, at least make it a damn...

Any footlongs except 2. Right there on the coupon. She wouldn't give complete or competent answers as to why ONLY that location wouldn't honor the coupon. Asked for a manager's name and number and she didnt give us that either. She said for us to go try another Subway, that her manager said they dont honor the coupon. She was rude, snarky and short answered. This is your job lady. My husband and I walked back to our car and ordered it online and applied the coupon code online and guess what? It worked, order went through. Amazing how that works? We sure did pick up our order and shook our heads at her walking out. How sad how being competent is so hard even for a subway worker.
