They simply don’t care…. Every time I go to this location my order is wrong. Every single time…. They truly do not care. The management obviously doesn’t cate about the customer. They only care about getting orders out and the line to go away. They seriously have the worst kids working there. A bunch a little children that don’t care about you. They could care less if your order is wrong. The problem is, this isn’t about 1 wrong order , this is about every time I go there it’s wrong. Every time. I have 5 kids and they like Wendy’s, so I kinda have to go there sometimes and I dread it! They can’t even make the food properly. I mean, what a bunch of dumb kids. It’s a predominantly black neighborhood, you would think because of that I would have excellent service. When I travel to Atlanta and the south, I get southern hospitality. The black folks are all about service and helping people!! We all people! These kids at this store do not care about people. It’s absolutely amazing how poor this store is run. They don’t run the business, the business runs them. They can’t manage themselves let alone make a simple burger correctly… I’m not talking about special orders either. They can’t even make the regular menu properly. It’s just too bad. It’s like the kids feel that Wendy’s food isn’t good enough for them so they don’t care. There the face of Wendy’s when we go to have lunch. And the face doesn’t care. Wendy’s doesn’t care about there customers. They only care about themselves. They only want to get paid and do not want to keep you coming back. In fact it’s apparently they don’t want you to come back. The management should hire people that care and teach them to care or close the store. Just close the store permanently until they can figure out how to act.
Shame on Wendy’s! Especially Mississippi and chambers Wendy’s. Seems when I leave aurora Colorado Wendy’s is just fine. Why even have a Wendy’s in the cultural neighborhoods if the people aren’t willing to do there job. How can a business sustain if the employees don’t care....
Read moreI'm posting my complaint, because I received poor service. Today is Friday, Dec 2, 2016 and just left a Christian book store. I decided to cross the lot for Wendy's. I pulled up and 3 to 5 minutes my order was taken. Pulling up to the window to pay, there was the manager, and 4 other employees, just standing, ignoring that I was at the window waiting to pay. After 5 minutes an employee took my payment, and I'm watching them stand and walk around doing nothing. Pressed for time on an important issue, I waited patiently, while my bags were brought up. The phone rang and the mgr. answered it. She talked on the phone for several minutes, and gave the employee who had my food the phone. My good was sit on the counter near the phone, and she talked on the phone ignoring that I was watching her chat on the phone while my food was getting cold. One of the other employees came over, said something ab s started to make a soda. Anyone could have handed me my order vs it sitting on the counter by the phone, getting cold. I tooted my horn lightly and lip sync may I have my food. The employee turned around looked at me and turned her back once again, talking on the phone, ignoring my existance and my bags sitting there. Now, im upset, so i actually blew my horn so the girl came to the window without my bags thats been sitting there. I asked her if I could have my food, she said I was getting your change. I told her no you werent, you were on the fricken phone. She then handed me my bags, and I was pissed, so I got my bags and left. What got me was I was ignored while my food sit there paid for. I'm in remission from Cancer and have meds to take, and needed to eat. I've never received such service since they opened. I don't know who that new mgr. Is, but that kind of service is not acceptable. I will be reporting it...
Read moreIf I could give ZERO stars, I would! This place is DISGUSTING! I originally visited this location over 3 years ago. As my son & I walked up to the front door, we noticed a foul smell. It only got worse as we entered the building. By the time we made it around to the counter to order, I was so nauseated, we HAD to leave. I swore at that point that I WOULD NEVER use this particular facility again. Well, on Saturday we figured it had been 3 years and surely this place had made changes. Boy were we WRONG! It was worse than ever!!! Again, we chose to eat in. Thank goodness we did. Otherwise we probably would have ended up with food poisoning or something similar! It was 11AM so the place had not been opened long, but it looked like it had not been cleaned since we were there 3 years previous! The trash was overflowing, the tables were filthy! Either they had garbage on them or they were sticky with soda or food remnants. The self serve soda machine was splattered with Orange & Red sodas. If you actually put your cup under the dispenser, there is no telling what other things might end up in your cup! The screen on which you make your soda selection was also so dirty, you would have to use a napkin or a glove to touch it without contracting VISIBLE germs! The lobby floor was sticky and you could see the black grime against the counter floor. Even as you look back at the employee area (the place they make the food they want you to consume), you would have had to be EXTREMELY hungry to place an order! If you have any concerns for your health or that of your family, I would suggest you chose another place to eat! These people have NO intentions of trying to fix the OBVIOUS issues they have with basic cleaning! The health board definitely needs to be alerted to this disgusting...
