Service was horrible. Burger King in Austell off of Love Street. recommendation . to not eat there . if you do make sure you go in.. don't go through the drive-thru very poor service. I ordered a chicken strip meal with fries, ice Tea. The chicken was burnt and hard as if it had been sitting there for days . I normally check my food before I pull off. I was Trying to be considerate ,since it was severa card behind me. I didnt wanr to hold up the line.. so when I got my food I promptly I pulled off. But and so I pulled over to check my food that's when I noticed. I had three pieces of burnt hard chicken the french fries were turned over in the bag. It actually look like it was just thrown in the bag. I called back to Burger King and ask for the manager, The manager asked how can I help you. I asked her name she said I am Pam the manager. I explain to her that I just left there five minutes ago and what I had purchased and the condition of the food, she said bring the food back and we will replace it with fresh chicken . I told her I will return around 9:30 pm to return the food. she said we're open til 10:30 then she apologized . I returned about 9:45 to Burger King I went to the door where I noticed it was one customer still in the store I went to the door it was locked but I knocked on it and there was a man cleaning the dining area He motion for me to go to the drive-thru I stood there.i ask for the manager. He motion and pointed with his finger to go to the drive-thru In a very angryly manner go to the drive-thru he shouted So I got back in my and drove around and got in line behind five card to wait. It was 10:15 before I got to the window to speak to the manager A young lady came to the window. I'm the manager Pam. I said her you're the person that served me earlier she said yeah and I said you told me you checked the food because remember I had to blow my horn because it took 15 minutes for me to get the food. so you knew the condition of the food when you gave it to me and she just looked at me . Then she said so I have more chicken now and I said no I would like a refund. I gave her back The food and she gave me back my money and I pulled off . very poor service .
This is about A principle. restaurants should care how they prepare your food The employees should take good care and how they prepare your food as customers were giving them our money that we work for we're giving them our service . I don't have to ever go back to Burger King it near my home. and I only go by there normally to get coffee but I can truly say today. I will not ever go back to that Burger King. I've often gone inside I normally don't do drive-thrus so I know some of the employees but the management and employees have changed they look very disheveled they do not speak they do not were gloves when they're preparing your food nor hair net I noticed all of this from sitting in my car at the drive-thru. December 14th 2018the manager did not even apologize she just gave my money and looked at me as if she wanted me to leave before I pulled off .I said you have a great evening and she closed the window she look...
Read moreThis pretty lengthy, but I hope it goes viral. I stopped here on my lunch break with coupons trying to get a cheap meal. I went on store and noticed 6 Cobb County Officer having lunch, it didn't cross my mind their purpose. So I proceeded to the register and a man was in front of me, I over heard his order and offered him a coupon. He said to me, no one ever done that before, and was very grateful. He then made sure I was good with my order. I didn't accept anything from him trying help save him a dollar. Then when it was my turn, I couldn't figure out how to buy a meal with $3.37 in my pocket. Christy, the wonderful cashier started going thru the coupons with me. We couldn't get it to my budget. I told Christy to hold my order and went to my car. I started digging for any loss change on my floor of my car, the bottom of my purse, etc; I was still coming up short. Then a officer came out of store and informed me that I needed to pick up my food. I, with a blank look on my face, questioned why? He said, "I just paid for your meal." This officer gave me a hug with tears in my eyes and said, "Enjoy your lunch." He got on his motorcycle and left. It was about 6 officers having lunch, and 5 of them left before I could order. However, I truly believe this was GOD ordain. He was the last to leave, and not knowing I was in my car checking my bank account and saw I was a -$87.00 in my account and I couldn't get any more change out of my purse, and I left my lunch at home; Officer paid for my lunch. This is a Blessed Burger King, and I pray that the officer will continue to have Divine Favor and Blessings upon him...
Read moreWe pulled up to the drive thru and waited a few minutes as we were ready to order. We kept saying hello hello yet no one came on the speaker. So naturally we thought the speaker may be broken and decided to pull to the window. When we pulled up we told the woman the issue and instead of trying to help she just said she was in the front the entire time and would have heard us. Then pursues to tell us she can't take our order and we needed to get back in line. (only one car behind us) Then my husband asks why if we had the issue and are already talking to her? She said we can't be holding up the line. So then we ask again why because it didn't make sense to us. And she gets an attitude and gets her "manager" and tells her to tell us she can't take our order and to get back in line. My husband asks the manager to give a valid reason as to why because he used to work at Burger King and when he encountered a similar situation he would just apologize and take the order. The "manager" who did not have headphones on just repeats what the other woman was saying back to us. They were worried about backing up the line with very few cars behind us. My husband then tells her nevermind we'll go elsewhere because they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! As we leave the manager slams the window shut. I am reviewing because I believe in good customer service and this establishment needs to be trained in how to handle situations. We weren't hostile at all and they just got offended with simple questions. I believe management and employees need to be trained for better quality service. Because really Chick fil A would...
