Worst customer serves I have ever experienced, do not order from here! My son and I currently quarantined at Dell children's, he has stage 4 rhabdomyosarcoma, on hospice, and we are both positive for COVID-19 not mention I have precancer of the esophagus so I can only eat certain things from this restaurant. Per my son's request I attempted to place an order from store # 8185 (Jorge), mind you it is exactly the same order we place at home all the time. I was not only told that they would not make my order but was met with raised voices and argumentative push back, even after explaining our situation and offering to pay extra as to not mess up their inventory or C.O.G.s ( as I have been a food service manager myself for the past 2+ years and understand how things work). At first I decided to go ahead and only put my son's order in and just go hungry myself, then thinking better of it, and realizing if this how they were handling the phone in other that I probably would not want what showed up, I called back to cancelle our order and attempt to order from the next closest location. Only to find out if was the same location only a different phone number, and again was met with raised voices. Just to be clear the only thing I was asking for was to use the garlic Parm sauce in my pasta bowl instead of Alfredo or marinara sauce as I cannot eat them. Infact, when I offered to purchase the separate dipping cup of the garlic Parm I was told those do not even exist, you know the ones we are always offered to purchase separately with any order, (ie.. garlic Parm, pineapple habanero, etc...). The complete lack of customer service and empathy are a complete embarrassment to the whole human race, come on dominos I know y'all...
Read moreI just ordered 2 medium size pizzas and fire hot wings. The order arrived quickly but I was disappointed with the order the chicken pizza came with literally 5 pieces of chicken, the wings were barely coated in sauce and the thin crust I ordered they only covered half the pizza with sausage. I called the store immediately after seeing the order. A woman answered and put me on hold without notice then a man by the name of Deshawn Mckinnin got on the phone stating he was the manager. I explained to him the situation and he asked me if I wanted a credit on my account. I told him I don't even eat dominoes and because the experience do not want to order anything else from the store, he apologized and put me on hold without notifying me. I sat on hold for 3 minutes until the lady picked up the call I immediately asked her to let me speak to the manager I was speaking with who put me on hold, Mr. McKinnon got back on the phone and as I was telling him how rude and of poor service he showed on the phone, I wanted corporates number. Deshawn said he didnt know corporates number, I told him to find out and he replied by saying 'you find it' passed the phone to another man by the name of Adam Pierce whom handled the call in a more professional and respectful manner, letting me know he will call the driver who delivered my order to come back and give me refund since I paid cash and also place a credit on my account. I received a coupon sent to the e-mail address associated with my rewards account, the coupon was an unlimited topping large pizza for 10 dollars. I use the code given in the e-mail (which had no visible expiration date and was also received yesterday) on their website and it did not work after several tries. I called the store, and their employees transferred me to three different people (that I had to re-explain the issue to), none of whom had any idea what to do. When I got to the general manager, she told me I had to print out the e-mail and show it to them in the store to get the coupon fulfilled. I explained to her, and all the other employees, that i was trying to order delivery, and she still insisted I bring it in, at which point I told her nevermind and got off the phone. I will not order from them again.
I worked at a different domino's (south side of town) a few months ago. I know for a fact my old manager there would never inconvenience a customer (especially a regular) like this, she would have just given the customer the benefit of the doubt after they repeated the same story 4 times. I won't even go into detail about the sheer incompetence of all the other employees I spoke to beforehand. And no, I don't believe in the "customer is always right" bullshit, but as a fast food industry employee for 2 years, the bar for competence is pretty low, and yet this place...
