"Manager" is verbally abusive to customers, on a weird/crazy power trip. Take your business someplace else!
I had been frequenting this location for months now, out of sheer convenience since it is close by. Granted- 99% of the time my order has been wrong in some shape or form;, iced coffee is purely ice, wrong syrup, etc. I had overlooked the attitude from the woman at the window many times until today when she acted downright mean.
My drink is simple; iced coffee. I asked for light cream in my SMALL coffee but the screen showed as "5 cream". I simply corrected the woman and asked her to adjust it to light cream. She responded by cutting me off and SCREAMING at me with such attitude that I decided it was time to speak to the manager at the window. The rude woman with her "manager of dunkin donuts" power trip, shows up at the window aggressively shouting " I AM the manager!!" and refused (in childish/bratty manner) to get me in contact with someone higher than her. I looked at the iced coffee that looked like milk and requested that she remake it because it clearly was all cream and I just wanted my order RIGHT for once. She outright refused, again SCREAMING that she was the manager and that she would not give me any phone number to report to someone else. I told her that she was unprofessional and that this is no way to run a business, she snatched my items back into the window and SCREAMED "THEN YOU CAN LEAVE MY ESTABLISHMENT!!!!" slamming the windows on me. It sounds a bit laughable, but this all really happened at Dunkin' lol.
Dunkin lost a regular customer today, and judging by the line they are losing MANY due to their "manager". I’ve gone back to Starbucks-they’re always polite and get my order correct...
Read moreHad a really bad experience yesterday morning. First thing, I walked in and approached the cashier to get my order, said Hi to her (lady with pink hair) and she just looked at me without saying anything, so I just ignored her. I ordered my breakfast and americano coffee, and went to sit and wait to be called. I was actually ordering an Uber because I had to be at work right away. Then, I hear someone shouting something, it was her. I ignored her because she was naming a different order than mine. Then, she looked at me and started screaming (yes, screaming) that she needed me to come to the counter because she needed to asked me something. I was trying not to cause any trouble, so I walked to her to get closer and hear what she was trying to say. Well, apparently someone had taken my drink, and she had to send a new order for mine. Regardless, she make it seem like it was my fault or something and that's why she started screaming at me to. I was just minding my own business trying to order an Uber to get to work. I didn't say anything else to her because I was in a hurry to get to work, but I think the store owner or franchise manager should do something about this. She has very rude and had a nasty attitude. I hope the owner makes things right and takes immediate action to amend not only my bad experience (but maybe the bad experience of a lot of other people) at...
Read moreTrust the previous reviews about the customer service here. My first visit to this location was back in February. The folks were rude and my iced latte tasted terrible. I thought it was an off day so I came again (a few more times over the past 2-3 months) and only once have I received decent service. They rush you through the drive thru (which I get they are trying to keep it moving) but to the point where they dont even listen to what you're saying/ordering. (I've even had a few of them interrupt me as I'm ordering my iced latte with 2 splendas. I get out "medium iced lat..." right as they interrupt asking if I want to add flavor, failing to realizing if they'd simply allow me to finish my sentence they'd know what I want in my drink...) Then that's when they want to get a visible attitude when you either correct them on your order or ask them to confirm your order. Its about a 50/50 chance you're going to get a good latte and maybe a 25% of getting a good attitude. As far as the food, McDonalds breakfast sandwiches are consistently better and at least I get better service and donut options if I go to Shipleys. On a positive note! This location is probably the quickest in NW Austin, the longest I've waited for one drink and food was 5 to 10 min during a...
