here is what you need to know before coming to this location
they have two restrooms for both men and women they have plenty of dining room space inside and outside but parking is 80% of the battle so keep in mind getting in and out of here is going to be tricky because the only real ready to get here is coming southbound on Burnet road otherwise you're got no middle lane to get over across traffic to get in depending on the time of day so keep that in mind that it is extremely tricky to get in and out of here with very limited shared parking and more to parking towards the back with the front parking be more dedicated for it to go carry out orders
it also does not help that they're next to Italian restaurant that also gets a lot of parking especially in the evening time so keep that in mind
on the other hand they have a phenomenal staff almost always have six or more employees on hand so the lines go quick you're able to get your order in and out think of this as a fancy Chipotles
Delta do a great job of keeping this place spotless and clean went to jolly go lucky big African American gentleman who I get a hoot out of who makes it sure the tables and everything else are clean and goes above and beyond to make you feel like family
but they have here is a variety of options I would say the one thing that this franchise has that very few others do is there almond butter cookies which they will send you a freebie for the rewards program on your birthday for and yes they're almond butter cookie made with Maldon salt and is gluten-free flour is by far one of the best tasting cookies I mean they should really just rebrand and say yeah you really just come here for the cookies The cookies are off the charts good and worth three bucks a cookie And yes the cookie is worth every darn penny
otherwise think of this place as a fancy salad for people with digestive problems with all kind of kombucha options natural organic options and even fancier options for people who are even pickier than that depending on what they're needing
it's simmy somewhat handicap accessible except the door You're going to need help getting that open and close cuz the door does require some muscle to open and close to get in and out
they also like to play some classic music from '70s '80s and '80s so it's a very chill environment but do keep in mind if you really want to get your money's worth you can spend closer to 20 bucks or more depending on what all you are looking to add afterwards and again I cannot express enough their almond butter cookies are worth every darn penny and my guilty pleasure for what I come to your Ford though it's really not guilty because it's organic and gluten-free and all kinds of cool stuff again that being said this is one of a few locations there's one in arboretum and now one up in Cedar Park I think one...
Read moreWent to pick up a large order for an event that was made online the day before. Showed up well before the pick up time and no one could find my order. The manager finally found it in their computer system with a look of shock on his face at the size of the order (9 family packs) - eek! Seems he hadn't checked his orders for the shift and sent his crew in a scramble to put it together. 25 minutes later (now 15 minutes past scheduled pick up time ), same manager brought me the 9 large boxes without any offer to help carry to my car and what seemed like an attempt to apologize, though sounding very similar to my 7 year olds mumbling acknowledgement for getting caught being naughty. Upon unpacking food for our event, it was like opening up 9 boxes of mystery parts to Ikea furniture, sans the strange Nordic illustrations. There was no rhyme or reason to the ordering of this food calamity. Spent another 20 minutes trying to reorganize the food so it could be served to my 35 friends now coming in the door. Honestly, Honest Mary, your food is wonderful but the one serving said food this night- that is the manager on duty - needs an Honest to goodness lesson in customer service. Or at minimum, a lesson in how to...
Read moreThe food was amazing, I mean truly I would eat it everyday if it was at a Chipotle price point. I gave only 3 stars unfortunately because the manager/owner was using the dining area as his personal office, taking a business call, with noise canceling headphones so I had to listen to him loudly lecturing who ever was on the call about putting the forbidden rice away and not leaving it in the office, and not filling the bowls so full during rushes, and how an employee had typos in their links and weren't receiving links to sign up for their benefits and other such things that seemed some what personal. At almost $20 for a bowl and a drink you would think they would be able to afford and office for such things. It's really a shame to because the food really is perfect and the employees are superb. My only other issue is that you can't order on Door Dash or UberEats, because I legit would have ordered three times this last week. I had to order Modern Market Eatery instead, they are good but I prefer...
