I wish I could give these folks a good review. Local ownership, in business a long time. But to earn a good review, you have to do what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it. Wilson Jewelers is unable to fulfill requests in a timely fashion. I am in walking distance of the shop, and so have taken business there several times, but I will no longer do so. They have been extraordinarily slow and uncommunicative. Most recently, I brought a watch in for a cleaning and new battery. "A couple of days" they told me. After a couple of days, I called. It became "a couple of weeks." Wilson Jewelers is going to take care of you -- when I contacted Liz about designing an engagement ring for my fiancée, she was incredibly easy to work with and the product was stunning.

We came back to get our wedding bands -- same experience of high quality and service. When you visit the store you don't have to talk to a pushy salesmen -- its always the same folks in there (Normally the owner is within earshot and always happy to answer questions).
