I went to this location after going to the OG south Skin Envy for years and I got dysport done in my 11s, crows feet and forehead. I was botched, I now have this patch of skin in my 11s between my brows that has formed this noticeable bump. She injected way too much in that spot I guess so it caused my skin to raise and form that bump, either she injected too much or injected in the wrong spot. It happened maybe a month post injection and I’ve never had a bad reaction before going to this location. I went to the south location to get it fixed but they had raised their prices without any warning (I keep up with them on insta, text, etc) so there was never a notice about price increase so I went home and got dysport at a different company but the bump is still there. Very upsetting that despite them saying to come in so they can fix, that they didn’t do so (didn’t honor old pricing either despite being a loyal customer for 4+ years). I’m very upset about being botched now with this bump that causes these two vertical lines along either side of it now. The new place I’ve gone to for dysport also injected me with way less than I’ve ever gotten at skin envy. Skin envy typically was getting 90 units then 100, last few times I’ve gone it’s been 115-125 they quote me and the new place did all the same spots for 85 units so that was odd too. I never thought I’d get botched here and if so I thought they’d do everything to fix it because it’s my face!! Noticeable too since it’s right in the middle of it. You can even feel it as you run your finger over it how it’s this raised patch of skin...

Taryn did my very first hydrafacial with the add on “lip revitalizing treatment” and my skin has never felt better! As someone who uses acne and melasma products, my skin tends to be dry.
