Well, I was ready for dinner on Sunday 17th 6:30pm. We decided to go to this place because in my opinion it is better than those others grill chicken truck that are located on decker ln and 969 & the one next to this one that is called, pollos norteños. Sadly my experience was terrible with the food and the cashier lady who takes my order. I want to be clear about this because I don't want to blame the other lady who was back there with braided hair, and some blonde hair. The lady that took my order was a Spanish woman round face and super bad character. First thing she said as soon as I got close to the window to order my food was what do you want, in a bad way, I said back to her a whole chicken, she said $25.53 and she gave me the receipt, I came back to her asking about the number on my receipt and I told her what this is? and she says back to me that's your receipt, I told her I know that this is my receipt, I am asking you because I wanna know if I can give you a Tips, and she says back to me well you can sign that one if you want, and I told her how we're gonna sign it? If you haven't given me a copy because this one is basically mine? She said back to me well that's your receipt you can do whatever! I immediately told her in front of the other people who was waiting for food, are you having a bad day? If you do, I'm sorry, but I am asking you a question because I want to give you tips and you are responding to me in a very bad way, I also told her don't worry forget about it, and I went to wait for my order, 20 minutes later, the guy that is always there cooking came to me asking what do you order? The lady was there, and he didn't even ask her, look like they all were looking into the tablet To find out what was my order, until I told the guy that I ordered a whole chicken 3 minutes later my order was ready. the most crazy part was that my chicken was really dry and cold. Honestly, this was my last time that I support this local business, I know there’s one more coming 969 and 130. I may try that one and see if they have better workers with better customer service. The cook guy who is always there knows about this problem but he never said anything to the lady. Business owners need to let the workers know that they have to work with humans and they have to be professional.
Read moreI ordered from Pollos Asados El Norteño but made the mistake of sending my son to pick up the order. He thought they were still at the taco trailer, which they're no longer there, and he tells them I'm here to pickup my order. They told him oh what was your order and he went ahead and told them what we had ordered and they told him it'll be right out! Took 15 minutes to have it ready and not to mention we ordered barbacoa and did not get barbacoa because they don't even sell it there. We got fajita instead. Common courtesy would've been, you didn't order from us but you are welcome to order from us or the place you are looking for is right across the street. Beware guys to not make the same mistake I did. After my son told me where he picked it up, we called Pollos Asados El Norteno, I apologized and went to pick up the order I had placed with them because that would be...
Read moreThere are 3 grilled chicken places in the area and this one always has the largest crowd around it. It was really good! 15 bucks you get half a chicken, side of rice, charro beans, half a grilled onion and a ton of tortillas. The salsas that come with it are really delicious. I'll definitely be...
