Friendly/welcoming congregation with ASL interpreting for Deaf/Hard of Hearing during Sunday service (10am-12pm). Active youth group for junior high-high school. KFC (kids for Christ) activities throughout the year for younger children. Several classes at 9am on Sundays & 7pm on Wednesdays. Broken up by age/grade for the kids, as well as some adult classes. Welcoming towards everyone! Come as you are. People do typically dress up for Sunday morning services. The church is continuing to grow in diversity. There are young babies up to the senior members. The church has members of different races, ethnicities, and nationalities in the adults and youth. There are fun family events, such as an annual picnic, kids Easter egg hunt, trunk or treat, etc. The youth group usually goes on a mission trip and National Youth Conference annually. Kids ages 9-12th grade go to church camp every year. Very loving and inclusive church. Preacher George Williams always has great lessons and will be the first to admit that we have all fallen short of the glory of God and have sinned, but repenting and doing our best to live as Christ-like as we can is goals. I think they could make some changes to the part where they go down the index cards of the prayer lists.
