Ok this isn't my first time coming to this burger king I always get good service but today was my worst experience I almost felt like I was at a McDonalds. I was at the drive tru and the lady who was on the microphone asked what I wanted to order as soon as I get to the menu I ask for time to look she said ok. I was ready to order and she keeps rushing me to tell her what I'm going to order. I come up to the window I sit about 2 minutes there then I pay for my food I wait 3 minutes at the window then a girl comes up and says to park at the front.i drive up and park, a girl brings my food to the car without my drink then I ask her to bring my drink she walks in and the girl who was making the drinks took a while to make the drink. I walk inside to pick it up and it's the wrong flavor drink with no lid. I put it on the soda machine drain and try to get the correct one and seemed that the machine wasn't working. The lady who made the drink says I can make you the drink I said ok. The she loudly asked if I wanted Ice I said yes. She makes the drink the gives it to me then I tell her that my bbq sauce wasn't in the bag then she brings ranch and she's on the microphone taking someone's order and ignores me when I tell her I only wanted bbq sauce she gives it to me and I leave. The girl who brought me the food apologizes for the service while she's cleaning the tables she did nothing wrong but the people in the back had a bad attitude and didn't get my stuff right. I get home and call 2 times and they never answered my calls and there voice mail is full so I can't leave a msg to speak to the manager. I love the way how she would help the wonderful lovely customers and have that wonderful magnificent smile on her face that makes us guest feel very appreciated and welcomed and when she helps her customers that are scared they will fall down or slip she would go out of her way and help escort the customer to their destination and also teach them/notify the guest how to use the new technology fountain drinks ..she has made my day so happy happy… it is my birthday and also my birthday weekend and I tell you what Burger King was the best place to go for a birthday meal for myself today because the employees well the employee Stephanie made me happy when I was completely depressed..I love a employee that makes a guest feel happy or wanted in whatever place they are in and also how she teaches us how to use the highly advanced new fountain drink machine ..I truly honestly believe she deserve a magnificent highly increase pay rate ..there aren’t much great employees that treat people how they want to be treated… ms. Read moreWe went thru the drive thru just now and this is the second time the person taking the order was rude. Loud tone of voice and in a rush. Then after all that attitude still has to ask what sauce we wanted. We only ordered one meal today and this time I returned the attitude. I asked for a name to report to the manager and she straight lied saying she didn't take the order and didnt give her name and no name tag on her. Yes, she did take the order, but she didn't expect attitude or expect I was going to complain. I guess this is why customers go off on people. I kept it together because I could have gone off. If you don't want to work I know for sure you don't have a gun pointed at you. If you are there because you need a job to pay bills then treat your customers with respect. Customers are why you have a job. Looking at the reviews this place is pretty close to needing to be shut down. You don't care about customers. I spoke with Rose Isela who claimed to be the manager.
