good pizza but i've ordered twice in as many weeks and it has taken them nearly two hours to deliver our pizza. last week, even after reminding them to include the drinks i ordered when i called to follow up after an hour and a half-they still arrived WITHOUT said drinks. order at your own risk and if you really want some marcos...order three hours in advance. ATROCIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

7:30 PM rolls around and I'm still waiting for said pizzas whilst cranky, hungry kids are complaining about no pizza....and I'm writing reviews.
Edit: it is now 8 PM (12/13) and we are still waiting for the pizza we ordered at 5:53 PM. I've since moved on to feed my children something else. When and if this pizza arrives, it will be put in front of children that will not want it as much as they wanted when they asked for it initially.
Update: it is now 8:50 PM and the pizzas have not yet arrived.
The pizzas finally came at 9 PM and by them it was dry, drinks lukewarm, and totally not worth my money. this place is a joke

Read moreI’ve eaten Marco’s pizza quite a bit, so I was super frustrated with the situation. I ordered online at 6:04 and my food didn’t arrive until 7:40. I called at least once to check on the status of the order before it actually arrived. I took once look at the order and realized it was wrong. I have a gluten intolerance and had ordered something very specific. The crust on the pizzas I had ordered were definitely NOT gluten free and the soda was wrong. I called the store and got fed some line about how the insider was skipping pizzas and not checking orders before they went out. The shift manager I spoke to said they can’t remake pizzas due to food costs. So offering to refund my entire order is more cost effective? Doesn’t make much sense to me personally. This was all after I heard her and another employee yelling across the store about my order over the phone, very professional. So now I can’t eat anything I ordered, was told she would write my order number down and refund it at the end of the night, I have to go find something else to eat, and I’ll never be ordering Marcos again. I’ll be calling the store again tomorrow to make sure my order is actually refunded, after this experience I don’t partially believe the shift lead that’ll it’ll get...
Read moreHorrible experience.... Tonight we ordered a pizza and wings with an expected time of completion of 7:20 PM. We check the website at 7:20 PM, and it says it's done, so we thought great! We arrived a little bit after 7:20 PM, and we pay, but there is no pizza ready. Someone told us the pizza would be ready in a few minutes. 7:45 PM rolls around, and we still have no pizza, and we are told it will be done in 3-4 minutes. At 7:55 PM someone says it would be done in 5 minutes. When we finally got our pizza at 8:07 PM, we were told by some gentleman that the first pizza came out wrong, so they had to redo it which would have been fine had they just told us earlier because we could have waited at home and come back. The apology was flippant and it almost seemed like it was our fault that the pizza was done late. We got home to eat our pizza only to find that it was not fully cooked. The sauce was cold, and the crust was doughy (and not the type we ordered), and our wings were cold.
