The rice and beans alone are super good! The beans taste like they are made from scratch and fried in bacon! The rice has a rich seasoned fried tomato flavor. If the sides are that good you know the rest of the food was great. No bland food here. I feel pretty lucky to be walking distance to this place. The customer service was also excellent. Exceptional Find in the ATX area...open for about 6 months or so....Super friendly service, lots of seating....pay attention to the entrance or you will miss it..Look for the Big Green Sign with HEDGE on it....Menu is vast with a lot of great options...The red (they have green as well} table salsa is some of the best...unique flavor with a heat that sticks....Beef Enchiladas for the wife...Red sauce is more inline with a chunky Ranchero Sauce...Chicken with Green Sauce for me....Beans solid...Both...
