P. Terry's Burger Stand — Restaurant in Austin

How to star this reviews on this location???? Well this location give us a P.Terry'sless experience! We stop there on the drive true and place the same order we place every time we go to the other location and wow unbelievable what a clap costumers service we have this day at this location!

The guy on the speakers answered us " I gonna try" try to place your order on separate papers bags, try to not give you potato with lower sodium! And in the back someone was laughing like they was playing or trying to make fun of us.

He, was a #$÷#%OOO very unproficional, very mean, racist and a big business destroyer on our opinion.

All it take is a business destroyer to take down years and years of hard work that P.terrys have done to get where they're.

We was in shock how that guy was working on P.terrys and how he got his job there!

They place all 8 sandwich inside one small bag smashed inside the bag!

Well we saw that and asked him can you separate them in bags for us with one potato in each bags??? Because we was gonna eat in the car and usule is how we got our orders from p.terrys. He, look at us inside the car, and look to his friends and say no, and look at his friends again!

And we ask him why he say that the owners told him to not be wasting papers bags.

We give him the bags with the saduishes back and drive away because that was not the service we usule get at any P.terrys before.

I hope this review help open the owners eyes and help them training theirs employers better so this doesn't reapet on their store.

All the others P.terrys around Austin is great! This review doesn't not reflect to all the other's locations.

I went there drive through on May the 19th, I was ordering burgers, fries and chocolate banana shake. When I was at the window, after I made the payment the check out lady handed me the shake, it was runny like water, I told her "is this shake supposed to be like this? It's runny like water" she didn't say anything because she was confused and couldn't speak English, She only memorized the words, only little words she spoke. So I talked to the lady was behind her she wore black jacket she seems like supervisor or maybe manager? Idk, and she speak well English because I heard she talked to the customer inside the building, I told her same thing "hello miss, is this shake supposed to be like this? It's runny like water" guess what? She didn't say anything she grabbed the shake from my hand and left, she came back and handed me the new shake then left again, didn't say sorry or anything. I asked the check out lady" can I have some of the ketchup please?" She looked confused again, the I pointed my finger to the box of ketchup in front of her, she gave me 5 ketchup then accidentally dropped 2 of them on the floor, I said " you dropped the ketchup on the floor, can I have more please?" Again she is like "huh" Finally she gave me enough ketchup then again they didn't say sorry or anything. I told them, "wow.. P.Terrys burger in this location the service is totally suck!!!! They seems hate their job 3 years ago the services was great but...

I ordered two double cheeseburgers one fry and one drink. when I got the bag I did not check because I was in a hurry and had somewhere else to be. when I got to my destination I reached in the bag still without looking and took out one burger and ate it. when I reached in for the second Burger it was not in there. I double checked the receipts to make sure that I had been rung up for two burgers and in fact I had. I called the store to let them know that there was a burger that I was charged for that I did not receive. The self-proclaimed manager, Carmen, said that because the burger was not sitting there at the store it's not possible for them to have not placed it in the bag and that I was lying. I'm not some scam artists trying to get a free Burger. I ordered two. I want a refund for the one that I didn't get.

Edit: I'm not even denying but the food was pretty good and I'm not looking for a refund for the whole meal. I ate and enjoyed one Burger one fry and one drink but I did not receive the second burger that I did in fact pay for and at this point I don't trust anyone to make me a burger so I want a refund instead for the single double burger that I did...
