Panda Express — Restaurant in Austin

On Google it says dine in, went for lunch with a friend and there is NO dine in. Curbside or drive thru only! So got in line at the drive thru. Waited then ordered, employee was abrupt during ordering. Ordered a bowl with steam vegetables and Kung Poa Chicken with an egg roll. Once again upon arriving at the window the employee was not friendly. Tried to exchange pleasantries, was just ignored and the window shut in our face. Found a place in the parking lot, well a surrounding parking lot as the parking they do have? If you park there you will be blocked in by the line for the drive thru. Opened the bag? Had no napkins, then opened my meal, the bowl. Had a bottom full of steamed veggies as I had asked, which I love then a sprinkle of Kung Poa Chicken! Seriously, I counted 4 small chunks of chicken, 3 peanuts and 1 small slice of zucchini.

I was very disappointed in the entire experience, been going to Panda for years! I understand that times have changed and we must adapt to the changes. It still doesn't change the fact the we have to be rude, unfriendly to the customers that gave us the job in the first place. Without the customers? There would be no Panda Express! PLEASE keep...

Just went through a bit ago,and the over all quality was incredibly disappointing. From the start,the woman taking the drive thru orders kept talking over me, therefore causing me to have to repeat myself multiple times(I knew what I wanted,just couldn't get it out in timely manner being spoken over). I live less than 4minutes from this location and by the time I got home,my food was absolutely ice cold...not to mention the rice and vegetables were barely cooked and hard,the chicken was literally big strips of fat except one little strip, the teriyaki sauce was also ice cold,I received a much smaller portion of both meat and rice than Ive always gotten,and over all the single bite i took had a really weird/off flavor...all things considered,it was completely inedible. I understand the times we're in,and I understand all things can't be perfect with fast food...but between the service and then the horrible cold,undercooked and very fatty food, I've lost my taste for this company(which is saddening considering Ive always loved...

One of the worst places to eat. The deputy manager, rude and despotic, the naive who attended us was upset when I told her to change this charred chicken, upset she told me that I would have to wait 20 minutes or more for another cooked chicken to come out, after a few msn I came back and told her that I better return the amount of this portion, she was still upset, someone kindly intervened, well, in the end she wanted to talk to the manager and the person who took the takeout orders was the one in charge, I told her that on our recent visit to Miami , while we ate the owner of the chain Mr Andrew Cherng at the branch and checked all the details, who was very kind and I don't think he liked these bad details, she interrupted and said: "who I knew was irrelevant" and finished off his stupidity by saying: "that people like that chicken like that, if I didn't, it didn't matter!", I will never have a dollar in these places again, I hope they listen and check the cameras so they can see the assistant, and what she said,...
