This has always been one of my Favorite Spots until Today ! I've spent allot of $$$ here. The Customer service today ruined it for me,Problem Could have been fixed . But no yall want to be Gready GREADY GREADY There's been multiple times on Occasion where I Order about 3 or 4 extra Rices( each white rice 3$ to 4 $) and they will only give me the rice that comes with my Entree which I usually only get 2 entrees and a soup ... so thats 2 maybe 3 rices if I'm lucky, never made a big deal about it ... until today I just wanted too get few more rices, 1 maybe 2 more boxes nothing serious. Without paying for it this time since i never Receive them in my order ... But apparently I'm a Liar and they Have too Call me to Explain To me how there "Ordering System works & how they don't give out Free rice and what so ! It's okay 👍 There's other places that offer better service to there repeated Customers ! & that's not including the 10 or 15 $ tip I would leave everytime for placing my own order 👌knowing that they have a Giant Pot of Steamed white rice in the back just sitting there, that they more then likely throw away at the end of the Night . FUNNY . She even Pulled up The Screen of all my orders(Linked to my Phone Number) and saw that I did order extra rices with multiple of my past Order's and still proceeded to Tell my they don't give Free Rices and they don't give Rice with there's Soups just coming up with excuses to not give me Extra Rice! STILL LIKE SHE WASNT LOOKING AT THE PAST ORDERS OF Where I WAS MISSING MY RICES, but okay ! I just left it at that and grabbed my payed order and walked out !!! The hot and sour soup tasted like salty dishwater with mushrooms that seemed to have been plucked from the compost bin, and don't even get me started on the orange chicken. It was more like chewing on rubbery, day-old leather than anything resembling poultry. Despite the empty restaurant, the cashier showed no interest in fixing the botched order, insisting they 'don't do that.' When I demanded a refund for incorrect order she flat out refused. Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere.
Update** I find it rather ironic that the business managed to respond to my review but couldn't spare a moment to call me when they couldn't fulfill my order. A simple courtesy call could've saved us both the hassle. When I requested to cancel the order, the cashier's response was as lackluster as their service: 'We don't do that.'
When I tried to reason with the cashier, she callously brushed off my request, claiming they 'don't do that' because the food was already made. When I mentioned disputing the charge with my credit card, her response was equally dismissive: 'We will dispute it too.' Talk about customer service! In the end, I reluctantly accepted the food, only to be met with a taste that matched the experience—nasty."

Read moreUnfortunate experience with the establishment - upon entering the place it looked nicely decorated. I walked up the counter and guy was wearing Apple ear pods and reading his computer. He stood up but never looked up at me. I let him know I was new to the restaurant and ask to tell me about it. Without looking up he said, "the menu is above" while still reading his computer. I ask if there was a dish they specialized in or he could recommend. He finally looked up at me as if was bothering him and said he doesn't understand the question. He only looked away from the computer that he was reading for less than 10 seconds during my entire visit. At that moment I was good with leaving. I thanked him for his time and left. This is my first bad review for any restaurant. The guy never really acknowledged me, greeted me, or was helpful in anyway. He genuinely seemed bothered by my presence and annoyed with any of my questions. They really need to find someone else for the front to greet customers and take orders.
Edit - I moved the review to 2-stars. This is my first bad review and feel the experience could have been worse meaning - they could have been out right verbally rude AND the food could have been terrible on top of it. So, after sleeping on it I feel 2 stars is more...
