Snap Kitchen - Arbor Trails — Restaurant in Austin

I had two different times where my food did not get delivered. The first time was due to weather, which I completely understand. However; the second time customer service could not give me a reason why it did not get delivered. After i asked for a refund they said, it was due to delivery company being backed up. Not until i reached out to them, is when they let me know what was going on...this is unacceptable service, specially if someone is budgeting their food weekly and you say nothing until i reach out to you for status. The customer service chat people said i would get my refund 5-10 business days later, as if i paid 5-10 business later after my meals got delivered. That’s a comment/script that is always used, they have issued a refund in the past and was credited immediately since it was a debit transaction. I can’t do business with an unreliable...

Editing as promised: I called the store the next day and spoke to Megan the manager, she was apologetic and refunded me the meals cost.

5 stars for how they handled the concern. 4 stars because it shouldn’t happened to begin with but mistakes happen.

Will definitely try them again. ———— On Saturday, 9/27, I picked up my order of 10 (Order #5047699). To my frustration, I discovered that the meals were sold with expiration dates far too close to the pickup date:

2 meals expired on 09/29 3 meals expired on 09/30 3 meals expired on 10/01 2 meals expired on 10/02

This means nearly half of my order will end up in the trash. It is unacceptable that Snap Kitchen sold meals only 2 days away from expiring.

I just contacted Snap Kitchen if they respond in timely manner, I will update the review...

I think anyone looking for a well balanced or healthy meal would really enjoy this place!

So for my first time coming to Snap, I was greeted and asked if I need any help. The meal selection is easy - basically you pick out what you think you’ll like from their fridge of pre-prepped food (which there’s a lot to choose from! I personally got an item that had chicken and rice but I recall it was really good!)

You can dine in or take your food with you on the go. Plus, I think anyone would appreciate the cleanliness of the establishment.

I think the prices are fair too. I would say it’s definitely something to consider if you’re curious about checking out a place with a different section than what you may be accustomed...
