Ordered a bag of burgers for the family on the app. Waited for 15 minutes to get my order once it was received. I was a burger short. I showed the pleasant car hop mykala and she said it would fixed. 15 minutes later a young man approached my car with my missing burger . I asked him to wait while I checked my burger to makes sure it was right .Wich it wasn't AGAIN. He immediately got upset and started cussing me . He got extremely aggressive and challenged me to a physical fight. Once I handed hagaine burger back and asked him to fix it again. He took it and threw it on the ground outside of my vehicle. I called for a manager nd explained my situation showed her the food on the ground and she said she would make it right. 20 minutes later after waiting for 45 minutes I received the correct burger. I asked the manager for the name of the employee and the number for corporate . Wich I received. Once I go home and we opened the burger that was fixed it was clearly tampered with or made with no regards to quality. The burger looked like someone threw the vegetables on the ground and then put them on the burger. . Last time I ever cto this sonic or any sonic in general. Octavious stevens needs some critical customer service training and maybe even some anger management. He is definitely not an asset to a company who's goal is to provide a service to the public. Read moreSo i come here some mornings before work, and the guy who usually takes my order has such a positive upbeat attitude. Always says good morning and just his tone is a good day starter for me. My order is 5 bucks and usually i’d tip $1 but cuz of this guy i tip $2. And the food is always great and comes out quick. I cannot speak for the night shift. All i know is this location is 262639171x better than the william cannon location down the street.
Okay so after coming here first thing upon opening quite a few times, i’m noticing it sometimes takes until 7:05 for them to turn on the lights and the screen is still back so sometimes i have to hand my card to the associate to go back in and run it since they havent turned on the monitor. It sucks to because i wake up earlier than usual to have this breakfast and make it to work on time. I got here at 7:03 this morning, ready to order. Its 7:14 a.m now, the lights are still off… screens off, no one is responding. Honked a few times no one is responding. Guys this is super annoying, please get to work on time and get things started like the screens. This sycks because today, i dont think anyone is even here, i woke up 30 min earlier to get some good breakfast food and now i been here for 13 minutes and about to head in to work without food. I gave yall an amazing rating before but this is the kind of miss that gets a major hit on u. Definitely not the way i want to start my Friday the 13th....
Read moreI went to make a simple order and was left waiting for over an hour.Another customer had also pressed the red button and was left unattended,they also got tired of waiting and drove off.an entire family sat waiting and no one came up to them to see if they needed anything.i sat down in one of their tables because I got tired of standing up and waiting on the red call button when I noticed two small roaches crawling around on the table,gross..so finally i decided to ask what was the hold up and a big angry bald head white man with red shoes started yelling at me and said he didn't give a dam that customers were waiting.he continue to yell in a threatening matter and said he will not do a dam thing about it.he continue yelling at me,so I got fed up and told the boss/manager that he was being rude.but to no avail.. He clearly has anger issues and treats his customers"poorly" like their money doesn't matter to him and he will at all cost play the victim when you demand to know why the long hold up.be careful not to go order there you will not get your order right or on time,you will be waiting a very long time and if you dare confront him he will snap on you, play the victim and turn everything on you.his work ethics are weak and very unprofessional.such horrible customer service I would not recommend you eat at this...
