I recently had a very disappointing experience at this location, and I feel it’s important to share it so that management can take action. This used to be one of my favorite places because it’s close to my home, but after what happened, I no longer feel comfortable coming back.
The main issue was the attitude and behavior of some of the staff. One of the employees, who acts as if she is the manager or in charge, treated me with a complete lack of respect and professionalism. Instead of assisting customers with courtesy, she speaks in a rude and dismissive manner, which creates a very negative environment. Unfortunately, another older woman and a younger employee behaved the same way. Their attitude towards customers is unacceptable, especially in a service-based business.
On top of that, they refused to accept discount coupons that I personally receive at my home. Rather than offering a reasonable explanation, they only gave excuses and insisted that they “don’t take those,” without showing any willingness to help or verify the information.
The only positive part of the visit was one of the employees—a young woman who stayed quiet, respectful, and neutral the entire time. She was polite and did not add to the unpleasant experience. However, the unprofessional behavior of the other two employees overshadowed everything.
I truly hope the management reviews the staff they currently have working there. Customer service should reflect respect, helpfulness, and professionalism, regardless of who walks in the door. With the way things are being handled right now, I will not...

I am beyond frustrated with the terrible service at this store. Yesterday, I ordered two sandwiches, and both were completely wrong. The breads were switched, toppings were incorrect, and several toppings were missing. When I called the store this morning to resolve the issue, I was met with a rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful employee who only made the situation worse.
Instead of offering a solution, she insisted I bring the sandwiches back in person—a completely unreasonable request since I don’t live nearby. She focused only on offering a refund, ignored my concerns, and refused to listen. Her dismissive and unprofessional attitude was completely unacceptable.
When I explained that it was too late to return the sandwiches (it was 11:30 PM by the time we got home and opened our food), she claimed I had "ample time" to do so, even though we picked up our food around 10 PM. The worst part is that she hung up on me while I was trying to explain and resolve the issue.
Mistakes happen, but the poor customer service I received here was unacceptable and left me completely dissatisfied. The attitude of employees like this is exactly why there are so many negative comments and low ratings. This was by far the worst service I've ever experienced. Everytime I go there the workers take forever to get to me even when I am the only one in line, they toast my sandwich without asking me, ring up the wrong prices, and act like I am an inconvenience to them. I called last week to order a sandwich to go on my way back from work. A girl answered and said "sorry we are closed" and hung up. I then called back again and asked to place an order to go, she said "I am literally closing right now, I won't take your order". Take note the time was 9 pm. They closed at 10 pm. I asked her what time they closed and she said "we close at 10pm but I have stuff to do in the morning so my boss said I could close early." When I asked to talk to her manager she said this "my manager doesn't have the time to speak with annoying customers." then hung up.
