Subway — Restaurant in Austin

WORST LOCATION EVER. Ordered Veggie Delite for curbside pick up. Forget about the "curbside pickup". Its non-existent at this location. Waited 10 min after I tapped "check in" to confirm I'm waiting. Then I decide to walk in and my order is sitting on a rack for "online orders". Then when I got home, my nearly empty sandwich tasted sooo salty. 3rd time ordering from this location, each time 1-2 months apart, hoping that the employees would improve, but NEVER again. My order:

Italian Herbs & Cheese, Toasted, Provolone , Lettuce, Spinach, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Green Peppers, Red Onions, Pickles, Banana Peppers, MVP Parmesan Vinaigrette™, Less Peppercorn Ranch, Less Baja Chipotle , Black Pepper, Salt, Less Parmesan Cheese, Extra cheese $ 1.00

Started out trying to order online and the app would not take my order. Still don't have any idea what I did wrong. I tried calling it in, because my wife was going to pickup the order after work, so I was running out of time. Told the guy that answered, that I was having trouble ordering and wanted to place an order. All he would say was, :come in store and order". I hung up and tried again on line, this time it went thru. When I finished, the app told me my order would be ready at 850. This was at about 830. My wife calls me and she tells me she walked in and there was NO ONE in the store and the kid behind the counter was back in the back sitting down, not doing anything. He comes out and starts making the sandwiches from my online order. He completely screwed up my sandwich. I got at least 3 more veggies than what I asked for DO NOT order online, go in and order. Save yourself...

Been going here for YEARS, and the staff are nice enough, but they do NOT put much veggies on when we ask for it (in person), even though I TIP fairly well. Tipping or not, they don't put on extra veggies, when asked. When ordering ONLINE, they SURE DO NOT put many veggies (sometimes missing spinach and other items) entirely and I regretted ever tipping when ordering online. Since it's online, you can't watch them make the sandwich, so we always have to put on our own extra lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, spinach, mustard and ranch (like we asked in the online app), since there is hardly on the sandwich. So, the sandwich is GOOD, just very sparse in veggies. I think it's time to go to another sub shop with better ratings. I get the impression, its not the fault of the nice ladies working there, as they probably just following...
