If I could leave 0 stars I would. I order here all the time and it’s a hit or miss. Tonight was horrible. Chicken was like rubber and was dark brown in the middle. I called and respectfully asked for my money back. I got screamed at and was told her chicken is always good and there is nothing wrong with it and hung up on me. I called back and she yelled again and told me I’m not getting my money back.. I went up there and I again respectfully asked for my money back for her to start throwing everything around and yelling at me again telling me everyone loves her chicken and that I’m wrong. They then grabbed the bag from me and said I’m only getting half back because there was chicken missing. At that point I was so mind blown I just left. To say this place has gone downhill would be an understatement. I used to go here back in the early 2000's and I would get the Cashew Chicken. I abhor cashews, but there was something about them in this dish that was absolutely delicious. It was LOADED with them. We ended up moving away so we stopped going here. Today we were in town visiting and I had to get my Cashew Chicken! Well, they should've renamed it "Celery and Rice" because there was so much celery (and carrots) it was DISGUSTING! There was a total of 5 (FIVE) Cashews in the entire dish! And not much more chicken! I was so disappointed. I don't know if they changed ownership, got a new cook, or what changed, but I do know we won't be going back!

I had not ordered from China Chef in years. I ordered recently and the food was awful, cold, burned, hard and tasted terrible. This was not like this in the past. I ordered BBQ Chicken sticks and they were hard as a rock as if they sat all day or were from another day. The Pork Egg Foo Young was made with ingredients I have never tasted before. The Pork Fried rice was Orange which to me felt like one you would get at a mall. The Mei Fun was cold and tasteless. We were rushed when ordering and they kept cutting us off when we tried to add more items to the order. I would not recommend them as a Chinese Eatery at this time. Go somewhere else!
