I order a protein bowl, which comes as a 12 inch portion. When I asked the oh-so-rude manager why she was only trying to give me a 6 inch portion and insisting that I pay for the 12 inch, she pointed at a sign that clearly says "make any 'FOOTLONG' into a protein bowl" for an extra $2.00. This means that they charge extra for making into bowl, not that it is only 1/2 serving of meat.
While fixing my food, I saw that she put more topping on my food than I asked for, and when I asked by she added more, her reply was that she "dropped some of my olives into the lettuce". If common sense had prevailed, she would have thrown the olives away as opposed to adding more of anything when I had clearly stated how much I wanted. When I attempted to draw her attention to her mistake, she threatened to call the police because I was questioning why she was shorting my order on meat. I asked for a corporate number and she again threatened to call the police on me for questioning how she was spending my money for me.
She is very rude, and her attitude is not conducive to a customer service business. Although I doubt very seriously that this is a corporate owned store, but Subway will be notified of the way their customers are being treated, thereby ruining the reputation that Subway has with its customers. Needless to say that this particular location will never see another dime of my money!!!!!

Read moreThe individual working with the Deadpool pins on their visor is probably the most absolutely unpleasant human being I’ve ever encountered in a business setting. I’ve been here three times waited on by this person and have not been greeted, have been rudely talked to, talked down to, etc. I even said “hey, how are you?” and was met with no response and an eye roll. I was clearly heard. They also acted as if my friends allergy was a complete annoyance.
Whoever is in charge of staffing clearly needs to make some changes. I work five minutes away, but I’d rather drive 15 minutes into Sheffield Lake then to ever patronize this location again. My staff...

Got home and discovered there was no chicken put in the salad..Called talked to Emily, then Michelle was informed I would have to drive back for them to remake the salad. Asked them to credit my account for missing chicken. They could not do that. Customers apparently are to accommodate Subways. Poor customer service. They could have made a new salad and delivered it or sent a coupon for a replacement salad . Plan to write a complaint to Corp Subway...
