Listen, y’all don’t understand how poetic this is. When Julia was a kid, we called her Bean. Why? Because she was tiny, bouncy, and had the same chaotic energy as a jellybean rolling off the table at Easter. Fast forward to adulthood, and now she literally whirls for a coffee business. Like… the prophecy fulfilled itself. Bean became the Bean Queen.

Scooters isn’t just coffee—it’s caffeine with a side of therapy, speed, and occasional “did I just spend $6.50 for happiness in a cup? Yes. Yes I did.” But honestly, if Julia’s behind the counter, I’m buying two. The irony is so strong it could power the Wi-Fi at McDonald’s.

She went from “Bean” to serving beans for a living, and honestly that’s character development Shakespeare couldn’t write. Scooters: 12/10 because it keeps me awake, makes me question my financial decisions, and because my childhood nickname for Julia finally makes sense.

PSA: Order something from Julia—she’ll whirl your drink faster than a tornado on I-75, and you’ll leave with both caffeine and emotional damage...

Horrible horrible service I come here with my daughter and every time I come here it is either busy or never moving. I come to the window and there would be one person taking orders, making drinks and doing the food while there is a taller lady in the corner, which I assume could be the manager because she is on a computer and she’s on the phone but never once gets up to ask if her employees need help and I’ve seen this multiple times at this location . Also, I have gotten blonde hairs on my cups. I don’t know if this location isn’t aware of hairnets. This is disgusting and it is always blonde hair. I came by this afternoon also and I’ve seen this younger lady and younger male and I’ve seen them hugging on each other on the shift. Is this even allowed? What type of management does this team have? I need a...

First time at this location long wait time, but they could probably cut down on their wait times if they weren’t all talking and playing around. Also, I paid with cash and some of it was change and none of them knew how to count change. I had to tell them how much there wasn’t coins. I also ordered a caramelicious cold brew, and was handed a regular cold brew, and I asked about cream and she said it doesn’t come with that, and I said, but I ordered avcaramelicious, cold brew which the person who took my order repeated to me.
