I would leave no star if possible. The customer service was terrible so much so I canceled my order. I right after my online order because I did not have the option to change a sauce on line. The lady who picked up asked my name and said she could not find the order gave her my phone number. Before I could finish and say I just placed the online order she was rude (tone and verbiage) on how there was no order. I told her there was no need to be rude as I was trying to help her locate the order but she had hung up on me. I called back and the āmanagerā was just as bad. She refused to give me any names or who or where I could contact to make a complaint over the customer service as I just spent $32 on pizza. She told me my order was canceled. I asked her how I would be notified she kept saying I just told you. I explained I would like confirmation on the cancellation of the order and asked for her to direct me to who could confirm. She told me ultimately hung up the phone sending me to some sort of answering service. Of this is how āmanagersā manage customers itās no wonder why they employees respond to customers in the same fashion. Disgusting. Will never buy from this...

I live less than a mile from the restaurant. On top of being irritated that Pizza Hut has gotten to be more expensive than it is worth, when my order was delivered my 2 liter was missing and my dipping sauce, as if no one takes any concern whether folks get what they ordered or not. The driver returned with my 2 liter of Pepsi but upon removing it from the bag, about a quarter of the bottle was missing. Does anyone use their eyes or is it simply that Pizza Hut charges premium prices and the customers get what they get? I still didn't get my sauce that I paid extra for. I worked at Pizza Hut when I was a teenager, I know how the procedures used to be. I've always made Pizza Hut my go to when ordering pizza. After this experience, I really don't know if I want to take a chance every time I order.
