Dunkin' — Restaurant in Avon

I always try with this place. For about 3 months they did good. Orders ready fast and correct. I was stoked I could trust this place. Now it is back to the old ways. Nothing is right. No one knows what's going on. Last week I had a mobile walk-in order but got there and only my drink was there. They thought that was weird. Not sure if my items were stolen off the shelf or what. Today was very frustrating. I ordered early so I could coast in there and get my things before work. My drink was there but nothing else. It took forever to get anyone's attention. The manager only talked to me when he tried to hand me someone elses order. I told him that I got my drink but not my donuts. He looked confused, and then said "she'll help you down there". I went to the girl who was by the donut glass and she tossed some donuts in a bag and walked away. I politely waited thinking she'd come back but after 5 mins I knew she wasnt coming back. I popped back over to the Walk-In order shelf and waited, and waited and waited...the manager kept walking past me. All the employees ignored me. I only got help when someone else tried to hand me someone elses order. Thankfully he took care of me right away. I was late for work but I am very grateful for him actually caring and saying sorry. I did not get his name but he was a handsome African american man wearing a jean jacket over his DD shirt and wearing an avocado mask. Thank you so much for being the only polite one there. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have EVER been to ! I work around the corner & I come here almost EVERYDAY ! I order whipped cream & caramel on top of my iced coffees EVERY time. Somehow they STILL always have to have me hand it back to them because it’s NEVER on there. They are rude and give me a hard time EVERY TIME. I’ve never had ONE pleasant experience here. Today is my last visit. The level of rudeness I experienced today was INSANE!! When the girl went to give me my coffee, I explained to her there was supposed to be whipped cream & caramel on it. She takes it back puts whipped on it but no caramel. So I tell her like I ordered it with caramel & just told you caramel!!! She sits my coffee by the area where they make their coffees & starts making other orders !! MIND YOU SHE IS MAKING ME LATE FOR WORK & IS NOW IGNORING ME & won’t give me MY COFFEE I PAID FOR!!!! I had to make a scene for the manager to come & our my caramel on it & hand me my coffee. The manager didn’t even apologize or care !! Smh TERRIBLE SERVICE ESPECIALLY WHEN I SPEND$$$$ in there EVERYDAY !!! before the girl ignores me she LIED & said “we don’t have caramel” like I order it...

I hardly ever review a fast food restaurant, but this I had to. This Dunkin opened up not even 30 seconds from where I work, so it's highly convenient for me to stop at this location in the morning, but not when you wait in a drive through line with 2 cars in front of you for 15 minutes. When they first opened, I thought that I would give them time to get situated, and things havent changed after a few months.

I stopped one day and went in because the drive through line was long. There were 2 people in front of me in line, I stood for 5 minutes before someones order had been taken. I ordered hash browns and a large coffee and it took them 10 minutes to get the order out, and my coffee was wrong. This waiting after I had paid also made me late for work. At their busiest time in the morning I counted 4 people working, one in the back doing God knows what, 2 working the drive through, and one making coffee.

The drive through is no different story. The only reason I'm writing this review is so that this location can get it together, hire more people if you have to. Until then, I will...
