Made a reservation almost a week to two weeks in advance, got to the restaurant and they didn't honor it, had us wait half an hour. Not so bad I guess. Hostess was also extremely rude not only before seating us, but when she called to ask us what table we would like to reserve (A high top, that we didn't get anyway). We waited 15 minutes for drinks. Another 10 to order. The food never came out. We left hungry over an hour, to almost two hours later. I called to talk to a manager after we left, and I was told I had to wait almost an hour to talk to one, so I told the host on the phone "that's okay, we waited an hour for our food and it never came, so I don't mind waiting for him/her". She asked if I could give her a callback number and I told her I'd prefer to wait on the phone, mostly because if they were going to waste mine and my family's time, I was going to tie up their phone lines. I was going to leave it at that, until, while I was on hold 10 minutes later, I heard another individual walk over and start speaking. I couldn't make out what the new voice said, but I could very clearly hear the hostess talking about how aggressive I was being (which I honestly was not, I didn't raise my voice, nor was I directly rude to her, I was just sassy), and calling me names. Then I got hung up on. I decided to tie up their phone lines for the rest of the night. Thank you for the wonderful experience guys! Great reflection on your owners! I just feel bad for the servers who got cheated out of tips because the hostess, and the kitchens weren't being prompt. I know we weren't the only table to leave without eating. I saw more than a few get fed up and leave before we did. Sorry servers! You guys were actually doing really great! Sorry for your coworkers/managements incompetence! Will not...
Read moreI have to lower my rating after visiting this restaurant today, September 8, 2022. My food contained an item that I had asked to be held, the meat was overly cooked and dry, and the amount of beans on the plate were skimpy, compared to the amount of rice on the same plate. The chips were not warm (and would taste so much better with the salsa if they were warm). Eight employees were standing around near the area of the cash register, which was less than 15 feet from where we had been seated, just talking and looking at their cell phones, which was annoying (Don't they have a break room they can hang in until customers arrive, if they have nothing better to do?). There were five flies that kept flying around us the whole time, which was very frustrating. Our waitress had no personality and didn't make us feel welcome or heard (when we complained about the flies and dry meat--only made excuses about them). The music was quite loud, which made it hard to hear the waitress. The booths only accomodate slim people comfortably. Overall, it was a miserable experience, and we are not planning to return to this restaurant. We would much rather drive an hour round trip to eat at the Fiesta Jalapeno in North Ridgeville, where the staff is friendlier, the food is tastier, and the flies are not hovering (rather than to go back to Fiesta Habanero). I wish our experience had been better, so we could have left a more...
Read moreIt wasn't that busy when we arrived. The 3 girls at the seating desk took a while to even move and figure out what to do. Then when the one took up to a table she brought us to a dirty table that had checks still on it, wasn't cleaned, and had the last people's left over food on the seats. I asked to be seated elsewhere to the girl's frustration even though there was more than half the place open meaning if we were being placed in someone's section then it wouldn't have changed much since there were empty tables near and everywhere else. I went to use the restroom before eating and it almost made me vomit. They had a bunch of those dollar scent gel defusers to try and mask the overwhelming sewage smell. The book we sat in was made very cheaply that I felt exactly where the board was in the middle due to lack of cushion. The food was alright. The place smelled like burnt fajitas and was filled with smoke. They almost wait forever to give you the bill trying to have you accept the offer for dessert. We were happy to leave. My skin crawled. My husband did enjoy the string margarita that he said tasted only like alcohol and the coloring in it. He was pretty silly off of one large drink. I won't return. I don't know how they have repeat customers. I felt so gross the whole time but misremembered it being...
