Worst customer service ever what a shame for it being so new! Shift manager a total asswipe and store manager excuses employees (shift managers) actions. must be mutual friends or something. Ordered online at 740 says ready for pickup 807 arrive 814 shift manager says my order is getting bagged I take a seat. 15 min later get up shift manager asks what I need I ask him how much longer since it was to be ready at 807 it was now 822 considering that he had told me order was getting bagged to which he responded they are waiting on buiscuits. I expressed my dissatisfaction and said that was the whole purpose for the online order so it could be ready for pick up to which he said you want me to give you frozen buiscuits?? Told him that was out of line and he just stood there for a good 10 min just mad dogging me trying to intimidate me then he called his store manager told him I was causing a disruption and wanting and ultracation when I was sitting down this whole time. Another customer comes in and they treat him like shift too and proceed to walk him out the door refer to video posted so you can see. This order was from April 3 and today April 7 store manager (shifts managers buddy) calls me asks what happen and how he can make it better I told him what happ3ned and also told him I knew he was aware of it because I heard shift manager call him on that day I also told him I'm sure you have had time to review cameras and see that I was not causing disturbance or wanting to fight but that I did find rude the comments made to me about frozen buiscuits to which he excused and explained away that that was what the shift manager should of done since I was keeping him from his work???? Then h3 asked how he could make it better I requested a refund and he said only if I brought the product back could I get a refund, this is 4 days after the incident and he wanted the chicken back??? Aside from the fact that it's against health department rules to take back food on ce it's left the premises and you telling me he was willing to take 4 day old chicken wow wait til health department hears about this one. Store manager also said since I couldn't return product all he could do was redo my order to which I declined stating I didn't know what they could do or put in my food out of spite so he said then he couldn't help me and hung up. This is the type of management this place has leading other employees theynlack service recovery and all 2 of the regular employees there were nice and embarrassed by shift manager it's such a shame there's so much training needed. I would like for the franchise owner to get a hold of me or review your camera for April 3 2025 at around 814pm to about 850 pm you will see how busy they were and what really happen. Placed an online order waited nearly 45 minutes just to pull up to the drive through and the general manager told me that most of what I ordered they don’t have. She stated she could keep my order for tomorrow and she will make sure I get taken care of or I have to call the 1800 number to cancel my order that they can’t cancel order on there end. Mind you this is almost 10pm and still no food for my kids. The General Manager said that she would make up for the inconvenience. Called the 1800 number and it was closed! So not only was I out of $50 and food but I also had to take the next step so that I can get my money back. So I gave it the benefit of the doubt and said I’ll be back tomorrow around 8pm do to work. General manager said she wouldn’t be there at that time but she would pass it on to next manager. I called the next day around 7pm to let them know I will be there around 8:10 just to make sure they had everything I ordered, Nate the manager said he didn’t have any knowledge of what I was talking about and I needed to tell him my whole order again and said everything would be there when I get there. I get to the store and still my order was wrong! Read more0 stars. Made an online order. Attempted to physically pick up the order in the lobby, as I arrived sooner than expected. I approached the lobby door and a gentleman, who was standing there stated the doors were locked and the employee who was cleaning had been ignoring him and walked passed the door. The gentleman was confused as he attempted to ask if they were still open. The time was 7:40PM. The posted hours staed the lobby did not close until 10:00pm.
Understandably, many businesses have began closing lobbies when they are understaffed, however its easy to let customers know the drive thru is still taking order or even write it on a paper and post.
Overall terrible customer service. 0 Stars.
