My opinion has changed since October 2024!!!

-no longer relevant- Love them. They’re so good to my mom. She gets her very specific coffee order here allllll the time and they ofc recognize her by it. She says they’re sweet to her and she calls them “her girls” when she talks to me about it. I take my kids through the drive thru for happy meals all the time and they love the toys.- no longer relevant-

Had to change my review. There’s an employee there that is VERY rude and inappropriate at the drive thru, asking personal questions he has no business to ask, up to and including, “what’s wrong with me?” (I am disabled, but that’s absolutely no business of his) His new manager is on some kind of power trip as well and apparently doesn’t care about customers that come every single day and have spent thousands of dollars just on coffee alone. I personally quit going after the employee was rude to me one time, however after about a year my mom was able to convince me to go get her coffee for her once again and he was rude a second time. I saw the coffee on the counter and he still sent me to the parking lot to wait in the curbside parking, with his back to me, flicking his finger over his shoulder at me. By the time I got the coffee it was no longer hot. There was no huge line, at most maybe three cars after mine. My mom went up there to complain today, because I refused to and that’s when the manager made the snide comments and the mocked my mother after she said she comes there every single day and has spent thousands of dollars just on their coffee. I’m not unsurprised about the personal unprofessionalism of the manager, considering the way she allows her employees to talk...

Went through the drive thru, NOBODY else in line. Ordered ONE item. A double fish. They couldn't get it right. Paid full price for it, headed down the road, they had given me a single. Went back, told them at the window what the problem was, the girl got a manager who said NOTHING to me, did not even LOOK at me, just opened the box I guess to see if I was telling the truth, poked at the sandwich, hollered something over her shoulder and walked away. I asked the other person what she said and she told me to pull up. So I went to the next window, waited four minutes, finally got the sandwich handed out the window to me without so much as a grunt. No "sorry." NOTHING. I said I still wanted my receipt and the window was closed in my face. It's one thing to make a mistake, it's another thing to make it very clear you don't give two hoots about the customer. Will never go there again, and I obviously know they don't care about that. It's a high traffic store that makes money on tourists coming into Myrtle Beach so they can offer the worst service in the world and they'll...

Stop here to get food for the family last night between 515pm and 545pm and inside was off the chain, many young teen gets running around like they were at the play ground. Just walked out. Went to go thur drive thur and waych a young tall mcdonald employee rolling a joint with some of him frinds in back of parking lot. Watch this employee like it and smoked it and passed it to other young kids with him. He had his mcdonald shirt on as well. What a joke this store has become. I will think twice before going back there to get anything infact i will let all my family and friends know what was going on as well.you have cameras inside and out and i know you can look at your own cameras and see what i am saying is the truth. Furthermore i drove thur drive thur and told girl at drive thur window why i am not ordering and that she needs to tell her manger that her employee is outside in back smoking pot.
