If I could give this place zero stars, I would, all because of the manager. She kicked us out after we asked when we could be seated after waiting 30 minutes already. From the start, we did not get a welcoming "hello" like every other family was getting. All we got was a "how many?!" in a nasty voice from the manager. We were told to wait 30 minutes for a larger table, and so we did. After waiting over 40 minutes, I politely asked if we could be seated at one of the other empty tables instead of the largest table there. Immediately the manager came out and raised her voice at me saying. "I told you to wait 30 minutes and you keep asking. I don't have another table for you, and if you ask someone else they're all going to say the same thing!" I was completely shocked because I had only asked once after waiting 40 minutes. I told her that she did not have to be rude because I was asking nicely, and I had only asked once. She proceeded to talk over me and say to wait, or that we could leave. My husband expressed to her that there was no need to be disrespectful if we are only asking a fair question. She ignored him and then began to take another customer's order. Then she turned around and raised her voice once more and said, "yall can leave this establishment." We were in complete disbelief as well as the other customers. Why treat us this way? Read moreI've been coming to this pizza hut for a number of years and they are generally great. However when there was a mistake with an order the service was TERRIBLE. I placed an order online and used some of my rewards points to feed me and my kids along with another item in order to qualify for the miminum delivery fee. After two hours I looked and it showed my order had been cancelled. I called to find out why and they sound their power had gone out. No big deal, they said I could reorder and the previous order would be refunded.
When I logged back on to check, no refund had been given and my points remained used. I now no longer have the points balance in my account. I called back and asked them to reorder what I had originally sent and add on what I had used my points for, which I though was not an unreasonable request. I was told by the manager "We don't have anything to do with the points and we cant offer a discount because we have already lost money because of the power outage."
I understand it wasn't their fault the power went out but the amount of business I have given them over the years should have at least earned a little customer loyalty discount. Anyways, they have lost a customer for life now. I hope the medium pizza and 8 wings...

Today our server was very ignorant as far as how to work the payment machine where are card and when we asked what type of beer she had on draft she asked is that a keg...we smiled and said yes....we asked if they had Bud light on draft and she said no only in a bottle. Then we asked what they did have on draft and she said bud light, Coors light etc... Not trained whatsoever. Pizza hut is usually way better than this. As far as payment, we gave her our card. She came back saying It would only allow her to charge 17$ because that's all I have in my account. I automatically checked my account....plenty of $ and no charge was made. We walked out to the car and discussed how no money was taken out so hubby walked back in to make sure all was well....her manager told my husband she was wondering why we walked the bill...I mean really?
