Durango Joes Coffee — Restaurant in Aztec

Went there yesterday for the first time and never again. It started off with me telling the lady I have never been there and she was no help to help me figure out what I would like. Then to top it off the two drinks I did order cam to over 18 bucks. And on the sign it was 6.70 a cup. So when I asked her why is it so high she was very rude and short with the explanation just kept saying it was the tax. So I asked for the receipt and it was not tax, they charged extra for milk and it’s 1.00 for the little shot of milk plus over 1.00 for the almond milk shot. She did not explain that it was a charge to put milk in the frappe drinks just asked would I like it with milk, almond milk or coconut milk. I will never go back. I would so rather pay the 13/ 15 bucks at Starbucks for the same drinks. We didn’t even finish our drinks as they were...

As a brand, I LOVE DJs! This location though...I'm about to start driving to Farmington or Durango to get my fix. The only reason I keep going back is because it seems to be the only place in Aztec to get a latte that is consistently open weekend mornings. Every single time I go in, no matter what I order, they somehow manage to screw it up. I haven't ordered a black coffee, so they have that going for them. I adore a select few ladies that work there and they always do a great job, unfortunately, they're not the ones working when I typically go in. Wow I think the baristas need to be reminded that customers can see directly into the shop and what they are doing. So, so dirty. Watched my barista pull my shot, have at least half of it go not in the cup, she flips the cup for the last dribbles. I had to ask her to pull another or she would have put the first one in my drink. Terrible service, terrible drink. And please, clean the machine and the cups that you pour espresso into. Those things look disgusting and caked in grossness. Worst $18 two cups of coffee I’ve...
