KFC — Restaurant in Bainbridge

We had a terrible experience, due to a employee named "Darien" (Had to find out her name from her coworker as she would not give it nor was she wearing a nametag or facemask.) Was shorted a gravy. Was treated with extreme disrespect as a customer. Had to wait 12 minutes on Biscuits and they didnt have enough chicken to fill our order which was a 16 piece family combo dark because there were "other people's orders they needed to fill too". When it finally came out she dropped it into my hands and turned with her hand up and walked away with out answering my inquires when asked about the extra gravy was told that it was in the bags. It was not. Biscuits recieved were not done cooking either, they were still like raw doughy on the sides and middle. The Mac and cheese was cold, the mashed potatoes were cold, and the chicken tasted like it had sat out all day. This was the worst drive through experience I have ever had, EVER not just from this store, but from any KFC...

The food received was practically swept up leftovers from the ground, completely destroyed. The biscuit looked like someone ate a couple bites and was feeling compassionate to give my boyfriend the remains. There wasn't even sauce included, which is fine because the 5pc tenders (tasted and felt like rubber btw) looks like they tried their best to cut 5 pieces from 1/5 of a chicken breast so there wasn't even enough to utilize a potential sauce anyway. The entirety of this box was cold and when he entered the location, the bag was sitting on the counter with no interaction involved to receive the food. This is a joke for $13 (mind you he paid $8 because he got $5 off coupon), nothing about "finger licking good" here. Do better KFC...

The food here literally makes me want to throw up. The way it’s packaged and the way it taste. I haven’t had kfc in years and I remember the steaming hot boxes and I was excited to actually eat here. I decided to order some kfc today and I was disgusted. You can see the lack of costumer concern and service in the employees. They obviously did not care how the food left the establishment. I didn’t get any sauce that I asked for and my sandwich was sloppy and my food was warm. Not hot. I will not be eating here ever again and just to warn anyone who’s thinking about eating her unless youre willing to feel sick and receive horrible food and costumer service do not eat here. They definitely need to be shut down because...
