UMe Coffee and Pastries — Restaurant in Bainbridge

The main reason for my low rating is the cleanliness of the place. I’ve noticed that there never seem to be any clean trays available and the ones that I have seen available don’t look fresh and clean. I’ve also noticed that the chairs are already dirty, and there are stains on the floor and other areas that do not seem to be cleaned daily. For example, there is a spill stain on their trashcan lid that I noticed several weeks ago and the last time I visited, it was still there. So to me, this is evidence that unfortunately they may not clean on a daily basis and to be so new the place already is looking dirtier than it should. I really want to enjoy the place but this aspect makes me feel uncomfortable and it also makes me wonder what the kitchen is like in the back. I don’t want to pay for expensive items feeling like everything else around me is dirty. I think this spot is great for the city so I hope that the feedback is taken and receive with love because I do want to continue being a patron.

I have been to this place several times at least four different times. The quality of the food itself and the drinks is good they are very well done. However, I believe some of the items are slightly expensive, which is why I gave the food four stars, but I understand that the prices are expected in this economy And I don’t mind paying for a nice things but it feels over priced especially since the atmosphere is not clean, or at least not to the level I would expect for the prices.

I gave the service 4 stars because there have been times I ask questions about the food and the person at the register really didn’t know. Also in the first few times I visited they ran out of a lot of items which they have gotten a lot...

My mother, myself, and my sister went today and it was amazing! We got one of almost every pastry they had, and they were ALL delicious. The staff were very welcoming and kind. My sister and I got the strawberry matcha, while my mother got the Tropical Tea and they were both so, so good. 5 stars feels too little a rating for how amazing this place is. Recommending to...

The place is great, and I love the teas; they're delicious, and the desserts too! I've been there three times in one week, lol. I'd love for them to maybe add a kids' area, since some of us have babies and we could go enjoy a delicious dessert while our little ones let their moms...
