I've had bad Taco Bell experiences before, but this one beats all... As soon as I reached window, the clerk was leaned out window to see the line. He said "motherfs act like this the only food in town" I was stunned. He went on to explain, all while cursing, how he doesn't understand how "we at this mess... I don't eat it. Even when we have to taste test.. like that Mexican pizza st; get it far away from me" When I suggested that he'd be without a job if we went to waffle house next door, he said he didn't care. During this lengthy exchange I was still waiting for my food. Conversation didn't end until I told him he was out of line... Other person working with was outside. When he returned inside the clerk walked over to briefly talk to him. Eventually the food came but the line was around the building. Then to get home and not be able to eat my food because order was wrong...
Read moreThis Taco Bell is not the greatest. The food was cold and not made the way we ordered it. The manager's name is Frank Boneno, he was very rude when I called as soon as I got home to let him know about the food quality he told me to come back when I could and he would take care of it. When I want back in ask him if I could have a refund because we were very unsatisfied I was laughed at by him and told I couldn't have a refund I didn't bring any of the food back with me. I said I have the receipt witch is how him but since I didn't have any of the scraps as he said with me that all he could do was give me more food. I would I want more food when I'm complaining about the food I got prior. As a manager you would think he would know how to treat a paying customer. Thank you...
Read moreSo tonight 9/7 @11:20ish. This is what I witnessed. My husband placed an order and the young lady had such an aggressive tone. As we ordered, she replied with constant “what” and “what else” . At one point from the passenger seat I said “excuse me”. Then that triggered her to correct her tone. When we pulled up to the window, we can hear and see her yelling at a customer. The customer was yelling back “that she should get what she paid for”. The employee spit at the customer into her car. The customer got out and reached through the window and took her phone, told her to come out and get it. Of course she didn’t… but somebody need to lose their job tonight!!! We just pulled off after waiting for our food because the whole staff was fussing with the customer out...
