Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Baker

This Sonic usually is ok whenever we go. But it was early in the day2:30-3:00 not busy at all from the looks of the parking lot. Soooo why this burnt pretzel like over greasy churros we’re given to me like this is questionable. They were like bullets!! Whoever prepared them had to know this wasn’t the right thing to do. Not a lick of cinnamon ya hear me lol Part 2- so I just opened my chicken tender dinner up and oh! I’m not surprised to see the meal was just as disgusting over greasy unnecessary I love Sonic but this is horrible to where I went to return the whole meal after explaining to the store manager I didn’t appreciate the service but I understand things happen. But seeing the straight out disregard for others stomach and hard earned money. I returned the meal complete with the greasy burnt churros. To make matter worst they gave me a dollar short back of what I paided. And I tipped the young lady. So it’s obvious screw customers who cares type of mentality. Didn’t take a pic because I was too anxious to return it and go buy lunch...

I ordered a Route 44 sweet tea in the app. They lady came and say they didn't have any did I want something else. I initially said no can I get a refund. They lady came back and said I would have to get refund in app. Since I didn't know how to do that nor did she. I ask for a Strawberry Limeade. I waited about 7 mins and had to push the button and the lady said ohhhh I forgot I'm sorry. After about another 9 mins I pushed the button again and ask them why is has now taken 22 mins to get a drink and the lady said again ohhh I forgot because I dont have a ticket. I asked for a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe which menu said it had crispy pickles, lettuce and tomatoes and received a Jr.Cheeseburger. the meat on the burger tasted like it had been heated and reheated as it was very tough. But to top it all off, my bill was $7.27 and the employee gave me $12.00 change. I asked him where was the rest of my change. His response was it's only .73 cents.
