Waffle House — Restaurant in Baker

On this Christmas Day we went out to have lunch the waitress was overwhelmed and doing the best that she could with no help as she was put down by a female coworker stating that she was slow and couldn't get it together as well as other negative comments from this one co-worker to her after all the negative insults that were given by the other coworker she then took a big order from this server and even attempted to take her tip that's when I stepped in and addressed it even the other cook address what was being done and acts that female co-worker oh so you working the grill and getting tips this was so disturbing after we had been sitting there 5 hours the whole experience was disturbing to see because this young lady is a very special and unique young lady that is given her all the best way she know how and I applaud her for it myself and my party along with others that were in the restaurant chose to bless this wonderful lady the best way that we could she stated to me that she had lost her mother and her father and she was taking care of her siblings by herself she was feeling that she was about to take an anxiety attack and she broke down crying still with no help from this coworker who continue...

I only give it one star because I can’t give it a negative star. I went in last night at 10:30pm to have a meal with my three employees. I sat and the waiter a younger gentleman comes over to wait on us and is stoned out of his mind. He takes two of my employees order at the first booth then comes to ours and the grill cook she starts screaming at him about giving her the order. The coffee was cold they were out of sweet tea. I couldn’t tell you about the meal because I sat in the booth for forty five minutes with zero utensils to eat with and that entire time the grill cook was berating the water that was stoned. So I finally had enough and yelled I needed something to * eat with and then she commenced to trying to berate me. I’m a grown man so I walked out without paying for my food. Then as my employees paid for their meal they tried to charge them for my food. Both the waiter and the cook need to be fired from this establishment. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Waffle House in my entire 40 years...

My mother and her husband went here for breakfast on Thursday 9/24. How does a breakfast place run out of omelets ??! Besides the fact that upon arrival their was only 3 other people eating here and it took the server 20min to even ask what they wanted to order. The sever was also BEYOND rude. she would ask a question about what kind of meat my mother wanted with her breakfast and instead of waiting for the answer would walk away. Her husband’s food came out and he completely finished his food ( at my mothers request to eat so his food wouldn’t get cold) before my mother even got hers. FINALY when the eggs were brought out they were soaked in butter, and in no way edible. Look people , you hate your job don’t bother coming in , go back to school and figure your life out. If I could give negative stars I would , they don’t even...
