I wanted to share my incredible experience at Birrieria Garcia's taco truck. It was nothing short of a culinary triumph! From the moment I walked in, the aroma alone promised something special, and the food delivered on every single note.

While everything I tried was delicious; the quesabirria truly stands out as a masterpiece. Perfectly grilled tortillas, the tender, flavorful birria meat, and the generous layer of melted cheese were fantastic on their own. But the real magic, the moment of culinary excellence, happens when you take that first dip. Pouring the rich, aromatic consomé directly onto the quesabirria transforms it. Tried for the first time because there’s always videos on TikTok and Instagram saying how good it is. The Al Pastor was delicious and the birria was great, also tried the quesabirria with consomé and it has so much flavor, we also tried carnitas and cabeza and those were only ok. We also ordered azada but they gave us Al Pastor, make sure you check your order is correct. The service was ok, they seem to struggle taking orders, there was three workers and it wasn’t busy and took a long time to get our order so be patient. The price is a little high but worth to try. The salsas were really spicy to me, just make sure you try it before you eat it. Also there are smoke shops around and the strong smell is there so we had to eat in the car....

So i wint to finaly give this place a try. They seem to be nice but the lack of workers to get the orders and get the amount of charge is so long and put me to think on taco tuesday i payed 91$ for 6 tacos de cabeza 1 order of carne asada fries and 8 qesavirrias plus 4 horchatas. I dont think that seem correct maybe i was over charged by axident or i dont know i tried reaching out about this but no response tells me they are not professional and most likely i wont be going back again.
