Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bakersfield

After shopping my boyfriend and I decided that we wanted to try Taco Bell I had been craving Taco Bell for the longest and he doesn't like Taco Bell so he said okay let's stop by the Taco Bell at Chester and brundage. We ordered two number fours or the crunchwrap supreme meals which included the crunchwrap itself and taco and a drink. We then road home and I awaited this longing and craving for Taco Bell thinking it happened fulfilled. Upon unwrapping my food I was highly disappointed I highly disappointed I mean the crunchwrap it had no crunch it had no taste the soft and gooey and it was wet all over tacos through the same way and this is from a person that being myself having worked at Taco Bell knowing what a crunchwrap is supposed to be in taste like I was so disappointed that I could not help but let the public know about my awful experience. So this taco bell refuses to take my order. They make you use the self ordering machine. They did have a cash register so there was no reason they couldn't take my order. Since they refused i left without ordering any food. I will never use one of these ordering machines. I am legally blind and these type of ordering systems are very hard for me. I didn't tell the people working there of my eye sight problems, As I feel I shouldn't have to. The fact that I asked two employees to take my order should have been enough. So if they insist on me using it again I will no longer eat at taco bell again. I have been to other taco bells and never was made to use these machines. It was always the customers choice if I wanted to use it or not. There are many people in this world that can't read, are they going to have to explain to Taco Bell workers that they can't read? If this is how Taco bell employees are going to treat people you might just have a lawsuit...

The customer service was horrible, all the workers were talking amongst each other. I waited at the counter and actually had to ask for assistance when I did they were not able to answer questions about some of their menu. items prices are not reasonable. a homeless woman was locked in the bathroom for about 15 minutes as I waited to use the ladies room and finally was able to get the key to unlock the bathroom only to find a lady who was totally naked. the Postal Service lady and I immediately went into the two stalls then came out I reported that it was a homeless lady bathing in the bathroom. I know the homeless need help and it is not a problem for me but when it comes to the availability of restrooms and there are actually two stalls available the workers should be a little more attentive to what's going on in the bathroom to accommodate customers to use...
