KFC — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I made my order @ 5:53. I picked up @ 6:08 . Tell me why they had NO LINE ( mind you they’re website says curbside as well ) so I went thru drive thru . Okay so I tell them I’m picking up & they tell me go inside , I said I have a baby in the car & she tells me go infront . Mind you I HAVE SOMEBODY MENTALLY DISABLED IN MY CAR IN THE BACK SEAT W MY BABY . but when I pull to the window , the girl is going to look in my back seat & tell me next time come in the lobby . Excuse me ??? I come home right, my order is COMPLETELY WRONG 😂 idk if they were trying to be funny or what.. so I go back . I try going inside , & what happens they’re doors locked . So i have to wait for somebody to open it . Just to get confused faces about my order being wrong & the manager coming up talking about” what happened now “ like what? I get told my food will be ready in ANOTHER 10 mins . Fast forward , I barely got my food @ 7:03 . & I’m home now, my chicken breading isn’t even fully cooked LOL .

Let me add, there was people trying to go inside when I was there the second time waiting for my food , why the hell were the workers telling them go to drive thru but with me I had to come...

I went to the drive-thru and ordered a famous bowl with a large fry and a small fry and an eight piece chicken and when I went to go pay for it the girl asked me twice so it's 8 piece chicken large fries with some small fry and a famous bowl and I said yes so she asked me if I'm sure I said yes I'm sure then she gives me my order and I'm halfway almost towards my house and I look at the order and she gave me coleslaw two mashed potatoes with an a piece chicken and I went back to say that I had the wrong order and she goes and tells her coworker but I told her twice if it was right and and she did tell me twice but she gave me the wrong order after asking me if I'm sure that's the order I ordered and the girl gave me my order that I ordered and said I'm sorry I said it's okay but why would you give me the wrong order if you told me twice if that's what I ordered I know where I'm not going to go to...

Not as good as it used to be. The taste of the spices seems different, the prices keep getting higher and the quality keeps going down. We went to the drive through waited forever to order and not because they were busy they were just super slow. We placed our order three times, nothing complicated they just couldn't get it right. We received our order and left. I just did a quick check and it looked ok. When we got home we took out the food and not a single order was correct it looked right but it seems the worker gave us whatever she felt like. I know it's not hard to get two thighs instead of a thigh and a leg and mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw if you're willing to pay the difference. I know that things change as you get older but not to the point of tasting like a whole different place. Me and my family will not be going back to KFC again and...
