We are big time regulars here (that will probably change) Food is consistently decent...Just didn't appreciate the owner's inflexibility...we have a very hyper active one year old...we were inside, we finished our brunch (we don't let her run around inside or make any noise that can bother other customers) and by that time my babies patience had run out, so we came outside to finish our mimosas, we closed the gates of the enclosed patio area so there wouldn't be any risk of her sprinting out...only reason I was okay with letting her roam around for a lil while was because there was no other customer there! Owner came and opened the gates back up, and I thought somebody just forget to close them after coming in so I went back and closed them...then he sends the waiter to tell me that he wants them open so potential customers don't get confused and think they are closed (total bullshit excuse! Those gates aren't visible from the streets and they aren't even the entrance into the restaurant, the main entrance is next to the gate...I would have understood if he told me it was a fire hazard or something)...it would not have inconvenienced the restaurant at all to let us leave the gates closed for 10/15 minutes while we finish our drinks....and it if it was so import to the owner that the gates remain open he could have communicated that to me in a very respectful way and not be rude about it...

YOU MENTIONED ABOUT BEING TREATED EQUALLY and how we sat at a table that was available and not cleaned. If you treat your customers equally then WHY DID IT TAKE 10 MINUTES TO HAVE A SERVER ATTEND TO US??? I am the one who asked to have a towel to clean the table afterwards the server asked what we would like to drink?? And yes we asked about happy hour but the drink I asked for wasn't on the list so I was fine with it after receiving our drinks we weren't even offered chips and salsa or even a menu!!! All I seen is the couple behind us being offered to take there orders we were IGNORED the whole time we were there until I ASKED FOR CHIPS & SALSA AND SEEN HOW EVERYONE ELSE GOT ATTENTION EXPECT US!!! OVER ALL WE PROBABLY SAT THERE FOR 30 TO 40 MINUTES BEING IGNORED & ONLY GOT A DRINK EACH THAT WE SHOULDN'T HAVE PAID FOR CAUSE OF BAD SERVICE!!!!! WE WERE DEFINITELY NOT TREATED...

Took about 20 min for staff to get drink orders and brought them to the table about 10 min apart instead of all together.Ā Same with food we all received our plates about 15 min apart. My husband's plate was missing an enchilada, my friend had an empty sauce cup on her plate 𤣠they forgot the sauce. Ordered a pitcher if beer, they brought a glass𤣠when we asked for the pitcher they stated they don't sell pitcher of beer (so why u let me order one) food was good I enjoyed eating alone š¤·āāļøI guess ...by the time my food was brought out to me everyone had finished their plates.Ā When we brought all this to manager attention he stated we all we all received our meals separately because we ordered on separate tabs..š¤š¤£ Our bill was over $300 Wish we would have gotten a lil customer servive?š¤·āāļø we will not return I rather hit up Applebee's at least they smile āŗ p.s. still waiting on...
