Worst fast food experience ever never have I been so disrespected and disregarded as I was last night at this location!! I was asked to park in park #1 because it would be about a 3-4 min wait on my order which was not a big deal so I pull into park #1 having already paid for my food thinking 5 min wait at the longest seeing as how I only ordered 2 burgers 2 mc chickens and 2 med fries nothing exotic or out the ordinary. Fast forward 30 minutes we're I'm still waiting in park #1 and 2-3 cars have been served and left the drive thru aswell as another car next to me in park #2 . I'm watching the staff sit around joking inside talking on there phone no concern what so ever for me the paying customer. I finally run out of patience exit my car and politely knock on a window we're a staff is taking her break talking on phone when I get her attention she advise me she is on break but she will take my receipt to someone else to help....ok I get in my car proceed to wait another 10 mins nobody comes out I even call the number on the receipt to the location we're they rudely hang up in my face. Finally someone comes out leaving work yes he is off shift now but he goes back in and let's the supervisor know I've been outside waiting on my order for well over 40 mins at which time the manager comes out no food no nothing and says sorry for the wait we are under staffed... Wait I've been here 40 plus mins 5-6 cars have been severed minimum I only ordered basic menu really???? Then to really take the cake she had the audacity to mumble as she went back in " you black people always are complaining" 😲😲 at this point I simply said I just want a refund. I have never been treated this way and I frequent mc Donald's alot but I will never return to this location ever again and I suggest you just keep passing it up aswell because they were very rude unprofessional and came off a lil racist with that comment. Read moreBeth, Lexi and all other crew members tonight were absolutely awful!! The crew did not know how to work as a team to get food out quickly as possible. When they got lost Beth made me go to the 2nd window, when i told her i really didnt want to. She said they are timed and i needed to move. I let her know thier time wasnt necessarily My concern as I would much rather them push for a good time on my order. She said if I did not move they would return my order. I let her know the last time they had me move to the 2nd window it took 30 minutes to get my food. Today It took 20 minutes to give me a partial order & a total of over 30 minutes till i actually got my whole order. When I asked for the rest of my order they said I already received it. I let them know I did not receive my drinks or sauce. A Crew member would go get one drink and left my other 2. Then take 3 minutes to bring one & the kids incorrect drink. He told me to keep the incorrect drink & he would bring the correct one. Someone else brought the correct drink but refused to give me the correct drink unless I returned the other. No problem I handed it back to get my son's drink. I asked to speak with a manager, Christia, I was told by Lexi she was busy and refused to speak to me, this was a lie. I let her know that i had been waiting for 25 minutes for my food and asked why. She let me know because i wasted all that time arguing. I couldnt believe the way she spoke to me. Lexi shut the window on me & refused to speak to me. I parked went inside and spoke to Christia and told her the situation the employees have created. This is the 2nd time something similar has happened, and the 2nd time Christia has fixed it as best as she can.The disrespect the crew shows is awful!! As for Lexi & Beth it is unbelievable that they carry the position that they do in customer service & treat customers the way they do. Read moreI very seldom come to this location because it's always the busy, when theyre busy they're inaccurate in packing your orders. I happen to be in the area tonight and placed a mobile order. I dont know when thay started to charge for sauce on the mibile app, if they dont, i did it anyway just because I didnt want to not have sauce for my mcnuggets. Upon me receiving my order, I checked my bag, and to my surprise, no sweet and sour sauce. I asked the employee at the window if I could get my sweet and sour, his response "it should be in the bag." I told him it was not in there, he then tells me to "double check, it should be in there." Then he wanted to hand me 1 pck of sweet and sour for a 10 pc and a 6 pc nuggets. First of all, it's just sauce, if a customer is asking for something it's because they dont have it. 2nd of all when did the philosophy of "customer is always right," go away. Yes, I know in my 16 yrs of being in the food industry, know that sometimes the customer is NOT always right, but as an employee you should always assume innocence from the customer, and just get them what they need to make them happy. The thing that upset me the most was that this member decided to argue with me instead of giving me what I needed, and paid for.
