I'm vegetarian and not only were there multiple vegetarian dishes, they were delicious! I got the tofu with tomato sauce rice plate and tofu with rice noodle pho, plus passion fruit tea. The tofu with tomatoes had excellent char, lots of onion, perfect amount of sauce, and the radish on the side was palatable and refreshing. The pho had deep flavor, extremely fresh vegetables, beautiful Thai basil, and the noodles had great texture. I loved the passion fruit tea! Some might think it's too sweet but it was perfect for me. The food portions were large and everything was fresh and flavorful. The chili oil on the table was delicious and spicy. I didn’t get any pictures because everything was so perfect and we ate it all but I ordered the #45 Beef Noodle Soup and it was AMAZING and their pho is the best in Bakersfield such a rich and clean tasting broth and the meat is so tender🤤 We ordered spring rolls, rice and boba as well all which were absolutely delicious and the food is very reasonably priced. Don't know how this place got 4 starts but this place should not even be allowed to operate! On Wednesday, January 4th 2017 my coworker who is a dietary supervisor and has 11 years experience managing kitchen and understands food handling and sanitary safety so happened to find what looked like a chili but turned out to be an inch dead roach in her pho soup.
