I went to your location tonight at number 10 Union avenue Bakersfield California Jack in the box number 3576 and was treated horribly in the Drive-Thru the instant the lady started talking over the speaker she was very loud and very rude the very first thing I ordered was a large Oreo milkshake I also ordered some popcorn chicken and one of your guys's combo boxes I also ordered a large chocolate milkshake a chocolate overload cake and one of your red bull fusion drinks to which my total on the screen came to 150 something dollars I said something to the lady about the screen not being correct to which she said oh it's no problem and did something and then my total went to $17 and I told her the screen was still not correct and she was pretty rude with me and said it's going to be right when you get to the window I asked her what my total was to which she said I will have your total at the window just pull forward very rudely upon arriving at the window I was given a chocolate milkshake a chocolate overload cake and the Red Bull fusion drink and I asked where the Oreo milkshake was to which she replied very rudely you did not order a Oreo milkshake which I did it was the first thing I ordered it was on my receipt after showing her the receipt she would not give it back to me at which time I said I would just like my money back I gave all of everything she had given me back through the window and she very reluctantly refunded my money in cash very rudely I paid with debit card I do not like the way these people are doing business and I will not be a customer at Jack in the box in the future because of this I have all of this recorded on my phone and on my dash camera I will probably be posting this to my social media in all honesty I have never been treated so badly at a fast food establishment people you have working there are very rude and condescending they act like other people are retarded for lack of...

Doors shut and no kind of ventilation for two days out of the week that I worked, as well as two days I was off. I was the one that finally fixed it after checking and finding the thermostat had no batteries in any of the 3! Does any one know of this should be considered a health hazard?
