Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I'm like a food critic without the license, and I came from Alaska, so I came to this place after the gym, lol. Had a sweet tooth craving, and the sign says open 24 hours. I have massive high-quality taste buds for food and more on the menu to try out. I randomly selected 2 Donuts and a strawberry banana smoothie but I know its called something else lol. Overall wonderful place so far since I've been here for about several month, and the customer service in the front she was very well mannered and helpful throughout my time checking everything on the menu and she shown a lot of patience on allowing me to take my time figure out what I wanted to order on the menu so sorry if I forgot your name so keep up the good work from the time I was there at about 11:10AM, everything tasted fresh and was very fulfilling with massive portion of the Donut and great price overall. You can park and come inside when they lobby is open or walk here and enjoy the amazing atmosphere they have and the clean environment while dining in or take out. They also have condiments to get or ask for. I highly recommend them for when you're hungry or family dine in or if you're in a hurry. I have a few recommendations, better employee uniforms and hats to represent the place and logos becausethey deserve it!. Keep up the good work and the people in the back, and whoever else was working today, they deserves a raise and a couple of new business shirt uniforms and hats and name tags for all the employees....

This place used to be mine and my husband favorite spot for bagel sandwiches. So we went in got 2 hot ham bagel sandwiches and after we git them i looked at them in the car and they both was turkey and cold in the middle like not cooked so we took them back inside to see if can get remade. The little Hispanic lady that was making them was very rude yo us over how she made them wrong gave us dirty looked and rude everything. Like how are we in the wrong for the wrong sandwich she made in the first place . And after she remade them they was still cold and no bacon or the sause or whatever wasnt in the sandwichs. And she was talking about us whej she was remaking the sandwicheslike just wow. So messed up of her just cuz she unset with us about something she did. today just shown that isn't not...

If I could put zero stars I would. First, they are advertising that they have blueberry doughnuts, however, when I went inside, they didn't know what I was talking about. Not only that, but when I walked in, it was a little packed. Three Latino guys walked in behind me and I was next in line. Instead of the guy behing the counter asking me what I wanted, he conpletely skipped over me and started asking the latino guys what they wanted in Spanish. So I politely interrupted him and let him know that I was next, not them. He rolled his eyes at me and asked me what I wanted like he didn't want to serve me at all. He was completely rude and had very bad customer service. He needs to learn how to treat all his customers fairly,...
