Rinconsito Latino — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I can understand restroom being for customers because I've heard about homeless drug addicts staying in there for a long time and making a mess and using drugs, but when someone comes to you shaking and begging to use the restroom because their about to poop their pants, telling that person no is CRUEL, TORTURE AND INHUMANE,. I haven't had a accident in my pants since I was a little boy and now at 48 years old I pooped my pants because this business and another refused to let me use the restroom,and im not even an addict,, im so humiliated, embarrassed and ashamed. Where's the human kindness, the humanity. I love Mexican food but i will never bring my money to this cold...

Their food is definitely better than others that I've had. There is not enough space in between the table and the bench, I couldn't move the bench over or the table. There is not enough parking. A couple of us had to park next to the dumpster, and there was a fowl smell. If we had had regular silver wear instead of the plastic forks 🍴 I would give it a better rating. And they served my pupusa on a Styrofoam. That was not a good idea 😕 making it sweat and not hot. I asked for some water with lemon 🍋 to drink, and they gave me a to go small plastic cup and no straw. You can't eat a pupusa with a plastic fork. You don't want to smell the dumpster before...

Horrible service. It was a 25 min wait for our drinks and the waitress did not take our order correct. I asked for for 4 enchilada plates with red sauce. The brought them out cold and they gave me green sauce. She took them back and poured a ton of red sauce over the green sauce enchiladas. The waitress did not bring the proper utensils for our plates. She gave us spoons. I asked for a fork and and it was a 10 min wait. The food was horrible.
